Nice hotel with a very convenient location. Not far from Kyoto station, shopping streets. The nearest temples can be reached by bus. Hotel staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. On the last day we asked to call the taxi and the receptionist did everything, the car arrived in 5 minutes. All in all the room was good. It matched the photos. There were sockets right next to the bed and a big TV in the room. View from the window was very beautiful. However it's hard to find any place to hang up the towel in the bathroom. But still I would recommend this hotel.

Oda çok sessizdi ve kahvaltıda hem Japon hem de Batı tarzı açık büfe seçenekleri vardı. Lobinin yanında hediyelik eşya dükkanı vardı, 17:00'de kapanıyordu, oradan hediye alabilirsiniz. Konumu Nishi Hongan-ji Tapınağı'na çok yakındı, dev ginkgo ağaçları çok güzeldi. Metroya yürüyerek altı yedi dakika sürüyordu.

Very nice ambience and a new luxurious hotel in Kyoto close to the 清水寺。 Restaurant choices are quite limited inside the hotel complex but they have got a great spa with excellent service staff. Down the hill should be some international restaurants at Park Hyatt Kyoto another luxurious five star hotel. Breakfast bento boxes not too appetising and not much food selections for in room dining as well. But the neighbourhood was quiet and nice.

Check-in sırasındaki sıcak karşılamadan, kaldığım süre boyunca gösterilen özenli hizmete kadar, konforumu sağlamak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Samimi gülümsemeleri ve her türlü talebe yardımcı olma isteklilikleri, kendimi evimdeymiş gibi hissetmemi sağlayan sıcak ve samimi bir atmosfer yarattı. Yerel bölge hakkındaki bilgileri ve gezi ve yemek önerileri paha biçilemezdi ve Kyoto'da geçirdiğim zamanı en iyi şekilde değerlendirmemi sağladı. Kaldığım oda lüks ve zarafetin cennetiydi. An absolutely amazing hotel, perfectly located just a four-minute walk from Kyoto Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. From the moment you step inside, the place feels like a true work of art. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed and executed to the highest level of perfection. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and well cared for. Their genuine hospitality made our stay not only smooth and relaxing, but deeply fulfilling.

Çok iyi bir konuma ve resepsiyonistin çok iyi hizmetine sahip bir otel. Otelin durumu mükemmel, hiçbir şikayetim yok. Oda geniş, banyo temiz, tuvalet duştan ayrı, odanın küçük bir bölümünde temizlik görevlisi her gün temizlik yapıyor. Otelde bir kaplıca, spor salonu ve restoran var. Tavsiye ederim. Kyoto'ya gelirseniz mutlaka bu otele uğrayın. Gerçekten çok iyi.

Good location, staff are friends. Easy to find and close to everywhere we go. We stay for our whole trip at this location. Will definitely coming back for next trips.

Everything was good except the service in hotel restaurants, which was exceptionally bad: 1) breakfast: waited for food for 40 mins, reminded the server 2 times - still nothing; 2) bar: a too long wait for a cocktail. the server said that as apology said cocktail won’t be in included in the bill… but it was there; 3) afternoon tea: told the staff that I dislike dairy products, but have no allergy. So, for example I can eat most sweets, but not the ones with a strong taste of mascarpone cream. In the end they gave me just a plate of fruit and when I remninded them of the above they… did nothing ) I stayed at this hotel and had afternoon tea there last year too - everything was fine then. All of the above are 3 different restaurants inside the hotel, so I wouldn’t recommend going to any restaurant there. In all other aspects except services related to food the hotel is good.

Good location and big room, however, breakfast all the same everyday, no fry egg no boil egg, only plain omelette and scramble eggs, very boring to have it every day during my stay of 5 nights. French restaurant is nice at rooftop. But quene up more then 30 minutes for the rooftop French restaurant set breakfast. The other occasion in 1/F breakfast also need to wait. Can’t accept their service was so slow, cannot clean tables and let us going in. Otherwise it is a nice hotel, as room is big with shuttle bus from Kyoto station.

Yeni otel. Tamam. Oda geniş ve rahattı. Metro girişine çok yakın, sadece 3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Kyoto İstasyonu'ndan Uzumaki metro hattını kullanarak Tozai hattına aktarma yapabilirsiniz. Honnoji Tapınağı'nın karşısında.
