Even though the hotel is located in the highlands very far (not within walking distance) from JR Tazawako Station, with the help of the hotel staff at JR Inn Sapporo JRイン 札幌 where I stayed at from May 7 to 10, she helped me to call KAMENOI HOTEL TAZAWAKO亀の井ホテル 田沢湖 to book the hotel's station pick-up service (complimentary) from JR Tazawako Station (田沢湖駅) but had to wait quite a while as the hotel’s pick-up is only available at 3.30pm. There isn’t much to do around the area which has a lot of abandoned buildings, shops and hotels etc. in a state of akiya. But that doesn’t dampen my mood at all as I get to immerse myself in the traditional Japanese ryokan experience of buffet dinner and breakfast (both were excellent), onsen and wearing the traditional yukata. Although the hotel’s open-air onsen (rotemburo) was temporarily closed due to damage during the winter period, the hotel has partnered with another nearby hotel to allow guests to make use of the other hotel’s rotemburo.

首先我在周六訂了這家溫泉飯店花了我33600元，我以為我可以住到一個大房間，但一切都在晚餐時間兩個睡墊鋪好了後一切都變成了不像樣，我們行李不能打開，因為沒地方，上洗手間要用跳的，因為沒有路可走，我真的一肚子的氣，會訂這家因為是LA VISTA 但的集團，但是吃方面不管是食材及味道是對的起此價格，溫泉出來的休息室也是好多的點心，水，養樂多，鮮奶，但就是沒有果汁，，這也是我覺的奇怪的地方，還有我們常經過了櫃台，服務員都當你是空氣，反正這飯店的方式都是若進若離，剛剛我們退房穿好鞋子，說byebye他們就回頭，也沒有到門口，真的是我期待太高了嗎

Spacious room and bathroom, but a little old and dusty. Quite a distance from Odate station so will need to catch a bus or prepare for a 20-30 min walk. Helpful staff who guided us where to catch buses.

角館の桜を見たくて予約しました。残念ながら早すぎたのと、思ったより遠かった！ バスの運転手さんや、スタッフさん、皆さんとても親切でフレンドリーでした。雨の朝に両手を振って見送って下さって、感動しました。 お食事は見た目が美しく、季節感があり、Ａ5ランクの牛肉陶板焼きは、とろける柔らかさで美味しかったです。秋田名物きりたんぽ鍋もいただけて良かったです。ただし味が濃いので白いご飯があったら良いと思いました。 小さいタオルはお風呂に入る都度必要なので、2枚ずつあった方がよいです。 本当にありがとうございました。

移動手段の車がないと非常に不便ですが、非常に落ち着いて静かな環境で一晩ゆっくりするのに最適でした。 十和田湖、奥入瀬渓流から車で１時間強の距離がありますが、 同じ価格帯のホテルであれば清潔感と食事では十和田湖周辺のホテルよりも良かったです。 問題は周辺に歩いて食事に行ける場所が限られておりホテルで夕食を取るか食事を済ませておくのが良いかと思います。 お部屋も清潔で食事もおいしくとても満足できました。

酒店是舊式🍽️的溫泉酒店，環境很寧靜，有免費停車。 服務員雖然不懂英文，但主動嘗試解決我們需要解決的問題，也是不錯的。 酒店外的斜坡很陡斜，駕駛者須小心 酒店外沒有任何店舖，需要在酒店進食，東西雖然不算太好食，但充滿日式風味可以接受

Love the location and the private onsen with lake view, you have option to reserve this by yourself so it’s quite convenient as we have a room for ourselves for 30 minutes to enjoy the onsen and the views. The building is quite old from outside but the room and amenities are quite okay, they provided everything you needed for your stay. We would love to go back for the cherry blossoms

The private room dinner was about 11 courses and we got tired of eating!! Super fresh seafood. The servers were super polite, Knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail despite the language limitations. The hot water is salty and soothing for the skin. Breakfast buffet had continental items; a plus.

酒店靠近大路，對於自駕人士非常方便。員工態度親切，房間乾淨，早餐及晚餐都均很美味，喜歡泡溫泉的旅客更不能錯過，性價比非常高，極力推薦！
