I was impressed with everything from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed—it truly felt like staying in a private apartment. It was very comfortable and convenient. My favorite part was definitely the onsen. It was very large and offered several different baths to choose from. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. What made it even better was that it was open all night until morning, so I could enjoy it anytime I wanted. It was such a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again💛

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this onsen hotel. The three public onsen were wonderful and relaxing, offering a great way to unwind. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and the kaiseki dinner was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. We also appreciated the complimentary beverages at the lobby lounge, including wine, sake and whisky, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a very pleasant stay and one we would happily recommend.

Beautiful hotel at a very convenient location. We were able to walk everywhere . The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices. We would recommend this hotel !

One of the more affordable onsen hotel along the lake. Small on price but definitely did not compromise on comfort and quality. Dated building but the bed and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was full of options and delicision I stayed in a single room facing the mountain. Even though it was along the road, it was not noisy. Simple onsen, perfect for the cold weather Just outside the bus stop. The free fireworks displayed right in front of the hotel. One minus... Like many older onsen hotels in Japan, the carpets are dusty. It triggered my sneezing and I don't usually get allergic with dust!

The hotel is nice. Room is dated but clean and comfortable with a view so beautiful. Buffet spread was great for both dinner and breakfast, and it is priced reasonably. Check the photos we've shared. We got better offer with Trip.com and managed to save with it. Thanks Trip.com. They have shuttle bus services from Sapporo but we didn't managed to use it. Firstly, due to language barrier as they only accept call in reservation and they only speaks local language and secondly, after we broke the language barrier, we found out that our activities unable to match the timing of the shuttle bus. Nevertheless, the public transportation to this hotel is very convenient and easy. We'll definitely stay here again.

This place is more than expect! We enjoyed onsen everyday! Very privacy and chill, both indoor and outdoor onsen in -12'c was amazing and set you warm! Room is small as in the picture but not a problem when trade off with the location / onsen / breafast japanese traditional (buffet ikura / mentaiko / sweet shrimps) We definitely would be back again for sure! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and the large window allowed us to enjoy the full scenery outside, which made the stay even more relaxing. The room also comes with a bathtub, which was a great bonus — perfect for soaking and unwinding after a long day. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Nearby there are lawson, 7-11, family mart and big supermarket near our hotel. Opposite our hotel, there is a ramen shop that have very nice ramen and chicken karage. But the only thing the train station is a bit far from the hotel.

Just opened and absolutely sublime. If you need a reset, this new onsen hotel is the perfect retreat. Also with good view of 洞爺湖. The hot spring baths are pristine and calming—the Rooms are a beautiful blend of modern comfort and traditional style, and the multi-course kaiseki dinner is unforgettable. What stands out is the serene atmosphere and the attentive, proud staff. It feels both luxurious and deeply peaceful. Go. Soak. Unwind. You’ll leave refreshed and already wanting to return.
