"The room was clean; however, there was an unpleasant smell from the carpet. Early check-in was not facilitated, and my room was still not ready at 1:30 PM. Only one dental kit was provided initially; additional kits were given upon request. The breakfast buffet was very good. Overall, it was an above-average experience and overpriced, though there is room for improvement in professionalism."

"Stayed with my whole family up to 10-15 people. Multiple rooms with executive suite. 1 Month stay with excellent service 24/7. I will always be coming to Oban hotel whenever I visit Lahore. Food was very tasty and the tea was unforgettable. Roof top restaurant provided food throughout the day. Room service was also on point. Our family felt safe and secure at this hotel. Feel at home at this place. Management/staff very friendly. Guards are present. 24/7 room service... can't beat it. Located walking distance from Liberty Mall. I cannot wait to come back!! "The hotel's location was great, with easy access to various restaurants! Maybe it's because I didn't hand over the key, but there was no housekeeping, no comforters on the beds, and the shower didn't have a partition, so the toilet got soaked. There was a little bit of trash on the floor, so I guess it was a little dirty for the price. This is just my opinion as a Japanese person, so maybe that's just how it is."

"Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this property. The property had a strong raw-egg-like smell, and the room lacked basic amenities. More seriously, there were no proper locks or lockers/safes in the room, creating a genuine concern about the security of personal belongings. The service was equally disappointing. The receptionist could not access Trip.com to verify my booking, so I had to arrange verification through Gmail myself. The staff were also unwelcoming and unhelpful, making the entire check-in and stay unnecessarily stressful. Overall, the combination of poor hygiene, unpleasant odor, inadequate facilities, serious security concerns, and poor service made this one of my worst accommodation experiences in Lahore. I strongly recommend checking other options before booking this property."
