"The hotel itself was nice, however they had a sports team staying here. They cordoned off areas and path ways, it was a lot of bother up until they left. I would suggest if you are staying here, check before hand if there is such an event going on. They give priority to the athletes and make you stop from crossing even the lobby and going to your room. I did wish I stayed at some other location instead while the team was here but as soon as they left things got a lot better."

"This is a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in Lahore. The rooms are not very large and the windows are permanently covered by heavy drapes that cannot be removed. But you are not missing anything view wise! I was in a regular deluxe room. Maybe the suites had better view. The roof top restaurant was good but bleak skies and a chilly morning probably was not the best time for a breakfast. Buffet was good with lot of choices."

Perhaps because I'm Japanese, I felt the water pressure in the shower was weak. Some of the electrical outlets in the room worked, while others didn't."

My daughter was feeling unwell and the customer service staff went above and beyond to help us by calling a physician, who not only provided a phone consult but also made a hotel visit. Staff then followed up the following day to check in on her health. Hotel is very clean and rooms freshened daily. The only downside was the shower in our bathroom leaked due to an incomplete seal of the shower door to the glass frame. All in all a great hotel!"

"Dear Management, I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When I entered the hotel, there was no one available at the reception desk, and I had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes for check-in. After completing the check-in process, I went to my room and found it very dirty and not properly cleaned. Later, I ordered dinner. I was informed on the phone that it would take 40 minutes. However, after 40 minutes, when I followed up, the food was still not ready. Eventually, the food was served to my room after almost 2 hours. I am very unhappy with this experience. The service was extremely poor and disappointing. On top of that, the food had no taste and was not satisfactory at all. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve your service standards."

"Oban situated in Gulberg 3 Lahore, a well sort out area, with many shops near-by. The staff were polite and helpful. Saima at the front desk was great, we booked 3 different rooms and she even upgraded them. In total we stayed for 2 nights, room facilities included kettle, tea and also toothbrushes, shaving kit and soaps for hands and shower, clean towels, A/C rooms, fans, Tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime TV etc and also wifi. It also has a rooftop restaurant which is great. 10/10"
