Nagano ili, Japonya İçindeki Kaplıcalı Otelleri

Vay canına!! Ne gizli bir hazine. Bu otel küçük ama muhteşemdi!! Pahalı ama ödediğinizin karşılığını fazlasıyla alıyorsunuz! Omachi'de saklı olan bu otel, kayak parklarına gitmek isteyenlere ücretsiz servis otobüsü sunuyor. Personel çok cana yakındı ve servis çok iyiydi!! Yemekler muhteşemdi, özellikle ara öğünler ve akşam yemekleri için açık büfeyi tavsiye ederim, her şey vardı! Bayanlar için özel bir onsen (kaplıca) olması da mahremiyetlerini gösteriyordu. Spor salonu, çocuk oyun odası ve kapalı havuz da vardı. Liste uzayıp gidiyor! Çok teşekkürler!!

大変満足な滞在でした。 諏訪の飲み歩きイベントの為に予約しました。 まず午前中到着でも、駐車場を使わせていただけたこと。駅前で、イベント会場にも、晩御飯を購入できるスーパーにも歩いて移動できたこと。 小さいけれど、温泉がついていて、リラックスできたこと。 何より、スタッフの方の行き届いた心遣いに感心しました。例えば、チェックアウト後、別の部屋をお掃除していらっしゃったスタッフの方が、私たちのためにエレベーターを呼んでくださり、丁寧に見送ってくださいました。 最近、令和的なホテルスタッフの方が多く、挨拶が返ってこなかったり客より先にエレベーターに乗ったり、鉢合わせた出入り口で客より先に入ってきたりするのに戸惑うことが多かったので、ホッとしました。 施設は新しくはないですが、掃除も行き届き、スマホの充電コードも部屋にあるなど、訪れる人が過ごしやすいように整えようという気遣いを感じました。 また、諏訪に行くときは必ずお世話になります。 ありがとうございました。

Nice hotel with beautiful hot springs. Both dinner and breakfast were great, although quite a lot of people. Also, it’s a family hotel, so if you don’t like being surrounded by children, cannot recommend.

We really enjoy staying at this hotel. We still got lost in the hotel after 2 days of staying here 🤣 the hotel is damn huge like a city. But we will come back again next time. We had a great great stay, love walking over to the outlet for shopping. Will appreciate if hotel can give free parking and free entry for onsen.

Very good hotel and personal service. The private bath was a big bonus and was very enjoyable.

The location is a bit bad because its so far away from everything with no real food options nearby. If you have a car this is not an issue. The buffet however is outrageously expensive at 8000 yen per person.  The detergent they used on the sheets seems to have irritated my skin.  However their customer service was absolutely fantastic as was their hot spring

Stayed at the annex wing tatami style. Rooms are reasonably big and in clean and pristine condition. Our package came with half board and the breakfast and dinner buffet were wide spread and delicious with both continental and Japanese dishes. Soba noodles were served between 9.30 to 11pm. At the lobby, there was a 24 hour snacks counter with unlimited flow of wine, beer, coffee/tea and cookies. The outdoor onsen was good too.

Family new hotel with 5 stars service from.all the staffs. Plenty of freebies like ice cream, coffee and late night Ramen for supper. It is a hotel like a semi-Ryokan, no shoes and walk on socks or bare footed on tatami flooring. We took a quadruple room and stayed for 3 nights. Size iis adequate for couple use. Onsen facilities is great with both indoor and outdoor hot spring bath. Bonus point is the sauna with different aroma everyday. Location is perfect, walking distance to train and around 25mins walk to the castle. Restaurants are all close by less than 20mins walk. Breakfast included and I will grade it as value for money. Highly recommended to book your stay.

標準的日式服務，日式服務的周到，唯一缺點語言困難。早餐晚餐都太豐富了，早餐也是一道道的。正趕上火花節，人不多，場面倒是很多。

It was a pleasant stay as all of us enjoyed the onsen after a long day after exploring Nagano. Location is great as it’s near to the station where you can easily get onto the train and local buses. Room is a bit small for a family of 3, recommend to get a bigger room with additional bed if you have a kid.
