Vay canına!! Ne gizli bir hazine. Bu otel küçük ama muhteşemdi!! Pahalı ama ödediğinizin karşılığını fazlasıyla alıyorsunuz! Omachi'de saklı olan bu otel, kayak parklarına gitmek isteyenlere ücretsiz servis otobüsü sunuyor. Personel çok cana yakındı ve servis çok iyiydi!! Yemekler muhteşemdi, özellikle ara öğünler ve akşam yemekleri için açık büfeyi tavsiye ederim, her şey vardı! Bayanlar için özel bir onsen (kaplıca) olması da mahremiyetlerini gösteriyordu. Spor salonu, çocuk oyun odası ve kapalı havuz da vardı. Liste uzayıp gidiyor! Çok teşekkürler!!

Nice location and nice staff with great service event front desk and dinning in restaurant.

The hotel is nestled in the mountains, and the morning views from our rooms were absolutely breathtaking. On a few mornings with light drizzle, a mist swirled around the mountains, making it feel like we were living among the clouds. There was just one minor issue: the hotel initially wanted to charge 300 yen per person per day simply because it offers a public bath. As I’m not comfortable using such facilities, I didn’t visit the bath at all. However, at checkout, I was surprised to see an additional charge of over 1,000 yen for my family on the invoice. Although the amount was small, it didn’t seem fair to be charged for a facility we didn’t use. After I raised this concern, the front desk manager stepped in and kindly waived the fee. Aside from this slight issue, my stay was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable.

Hotel Tangram provides a unforgettable experience with its exotic location next to a ski/snowboard facility, to have supreme services and the thing. I remember most except the skiing part is the onsen, the onsen provides a lovely arrange of tubs various sizes which consume of eg: cold bath tubs indoor warm tubs and an outdoor tub especially if you are lucky there might be snow raining in to the tub and you can witness a special surpirse. overall I believe coming here is a good choice and can guaranteer you a good stay.

Very good hotel and personal service. The private bath was a big bonus and was very enjoyable.

In 10 minutes you ar in the train station; the hotel is quite nice, and personal really realy nice, they help us with the luggage service transport. The breakfast is mostly japanese dishes, but you are in Japan! :D good amenities even with face mask! Washing and drier and detergent is free bu should have more instructions, it takes so much to dry and maybe because didnt use properly due lack os instructions

Location: Near to Karuizawa train station (approximately 15 min walk to hotel west) and 10min walk to shopping mall. 5 min shuttle bus to reach ski area. Room: Clean and comfortable. But the bath powder is like toilet detergent scent. Amenities: there is Family mart operates until 11pm in hotel west. Service: Front desk lady can’t really speak English and hard to communicate. The man at cloakroom is unfriendly. Shuttle bus service: Shuttle bus service provided within the shopping area, hotel east and west. However, the instruction is unclear to us. When we queued up for the bus to station, the hotel staff did not inform us the bus was here and to align the bus but just change the next bus arrival timing. Until entire lane of the guests missed the bus. We had to walk all the way to station with our huge luggage. Snow Park: No clear direction or sign board to go snow park from hotel east. The snow park area is kinda small and suitable for young kid (below 7 years old). It is boring for kid above 7 years old.

Sorry to give you a 3 on location but there’s some lost in translation from English and Japanesenglish happening here in Google maps. As you can see the name is Hotel Livemax in English but it’s not findable in Nagano on Google maps. The reason being, it’s spelled out in the Japanese pronunciation which is (not to be ****** but it really spells that way) hoteru ribumakkusu I’m not sure if any other guests have got lost in translation or even worse, not booked the hotel because of this Do check it out though it’s near to the station and decently priced!

It was my first time staying in this hotel, my second time in Hakuba. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The equipment in the hotel is clean and new. I also liked the design of the hotel. One slight disadvantage was that the hotel was far from many facilities in Hakuba; it would be fine if I were driving. The heat in the summertime makes moving around Hakuba difficult.

We loved it here. It was our second short stay and this time we had a twin room. The room was very spacious, which we appreciate as many rooms in Japan are fairly small. The little onsen is perfect for getting a deep cleanse after travels. The staff is absolutely amazing and the highlight of this hotel
