"I had a few day experience at Momona Hotel. Electricity and generator are not working, breakfast is tasteless and the same thing is served, we were eating in the dark, lift is not working, swimming pool is not hot water, we can't even get water for bathing, we are very difficult to use toilet, even this whole day no staff or management members not care. It's a frustrating experience. It shows that they were not well prepared from the beginning."

"I stayed with a work colleague and friend at Sunland International, and the experience was truly remarkable. The location was excellent, and the area was vibrant, with plenty of people around, which we really appreciated. The best part of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff were, without exception. A special mention goes to one of the staff members, Mr. Desi Wale, who was a true gentleman and assisted us with everything we needed. He was highly professional, courteous, and respectful, and his genuine smile and care made our stay even more enjoyable. If I were to return to Addis Ababa, I would certainly choose to stay at this hotel again, given how well we were looked after by the friendly staff."

"We loved the location ( African Av Bole.) Safety … We tried all the restaurants at the hotel . The staffs were very friendly and always ready to help I DID NOT LIKE the towels they were very old . We asked for a connected room they gave us after 2 nights what they call upgrade rooms with just on higher floor for 30 USD extra charges But my kids room was smelling very BAD SMELL ( Cigarettes ) the kids didn’t like the smell and were forced to stay in that room for 6 more nights"

"This hotel is located after the immigration area in the T2 of the airport. Therefore, you have to pass the immigration controls and cannot come back for a domestic flight. If you have a domestic flight the day after you will not be able to go to the hotel and they will refuse to do anything about it."

"Our stay was disappointing due to safety and service issues. The pool was cold and unsafe, with no railing, a broken ladder, no lifeguard, and a very slippery floor. We had to change rooms because of cigarette smells and had key card problems. Most staff members were good and accommodating; however, there was an issue with one staff member during checkout, including miscommunication around payment. Overall, the hotel needs improvements in safety, room management, and communication."

"Some staff were good and front desk manager during the day but it's poor over the phone in the night and restaurant waitress. Couple of days we asked staff simple stuff, like butter and we was told, there's no butter and almost everyday breakfast it was the same except on Saturday, they provided samusas. There breakfast is very heavy 😕 😫.. rice, anjera eithopian pancake with mixed with eithopian spice sauce, different bread, mixed cooked vegetable, cooked cabbage, cupcakes, cakes and arabian beans and cold porridge make with water and one choice of cereal. The room is big but the cleaning is not good and we found cockrach but we already informed the front desk manager. Overall poor service, poor quality of food and poor cleaning."
