"This was my first time staying at this hotel, but I don't think I'll ever use it again. When I checked in, there were two male staff members near the entrance, and I'm not sure if they were waiting for a group of guests to arrive, but they were chatting away without even saying hello when I passed by with my suitcase through the door. No matter how fancy the hotel may be, there's no way a hotel with staff like this is any good."

"Since I was staying on New Year's Eve, the front desk staff kindly gave me cup noodles and a hot eye mask to ring in the new year, and they were very kind and helpful in answering any questions I had. The room felt a bit old, but I was grateful for the reasonable price and the breakfast buffet. The view of Mount Fuji from Ageo Station was absolutely stunning and breathtaking."
