Özellikle, 6 yaşındaki oğlumun oyuncak arabalarını sıraya dizerek ona gülümseme getiren oda temizliği personeli Omveer'e özel teşekkürler. Oğlum bu hareketi çok sevdi. Kesinlikle tekrar Taj'da kalacağız."

"The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location for visiting the Taj Mahal. The superior room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the Taj Mahal. Breakfast was good, though perhaps a bit limited for Western guests. However, we did encounter some issues: 1. Upon entering the room, we found blood stains on the bathroom wall near the toilet, and the toilet itself was dirty—something absolutely disgusting and, above all, unhygienic (I’ll refrain from posting the photos). Only after raising the issue, they proceed to thoroughly clean the bathroom (which should be a given); 2. The air conditioning was noisy. Again, it was only fixed after we reported it; 3. Overall, the room should be cleaned more thoroughly. These issues are unacceptable for a hotel belonging to an international chain like Radisson."

"We chose this hotel for its amazing view of the Taj Mahal. The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The only downside was the large number of mosquitoes at dinner on the terrace. The hotel does provide mosquito spray, and I saw them treating the area during the day."

"This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great."

"This was our second stay after 2022-23. This time stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service management. On arrival, no one assisted in picking up or carrying luggage to the room. After check-in, I called for drinking water, but despite repeated follow-ups, it took almost one hour for water to be delivered to the room. Most of the hotel staff appeared to be completely occupied with managing a marriage ceremony and a conference being held simultaneously at two different grounds within the property. While events are understandable, regular in-house guests should not be made to suffer due to poor prioritization and staffing. What makes the experience worse is the pricing. The room tariffs are higher than reputed five-star hotels like the Taj in Agra, but the service standards fall far short of even basic hospitality expectations. I would think twice before choosing this property again."

"Friends Guest House is conveniently located less than 2km from the Taj Mahal which can be seen from the rooftop. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. My room was spacious and comfortable. There are two lounge areas; one with AC and another with sliding doors to a balcony that overlooks the street, bustling with scooters and produce vendors. A cafe on the third floor makes meal times easy. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Agra!"
