The Grand Imperial - Heritage Hotel ★★★★

📍 32/107, Mahatma Gandhi Rd, opp. D. M. Compound, Chhipitola, Agra

"We only spent one night and the service was very good, and I felt treated with great attention. All the staff were very friendly and attentive to every detail. I had a room upgrade. I stayed in the Meera-Bai suite. Very large and with everything needed for a one-night stay. The only problem is that it doesn't have windows, which made me a little claustrophobic. But it was fine for one night. Pay attention to this detail if you book for more nights and have this problem. The food was excellent, and once again we had the chef's full attention. He made a delicious dinner for us, without any spice. The breakfast was varied, and since it had many products, it was possible to eat Western-style. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and safe. We only regretted not being able to use the other services ftom the hotel more."

📍 Phase 1, Taj East Gate Rd, near Tea Lounge, Taj Nagari Phase 1, Telipara, Dhandhupura, Agra

"I stayed two days at the Golden Tulip in Agra. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given the Wi-Fi code and information about the hotel's facilities. We were then shown to our room. The room was clean, the beds were made, and there were two bottles of water waiting for us. Furthermore, the location is close to the city center and accessible by taxi. The breakfast is highly recommended. There's a wide selection, from Western to Indian, and the quality is very high. Finally, the hotel has a bar, swimming pool, and spa. These are also highly recommended. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return."

I arrived late at night, all dishevelled from my journey and Yusuf helped me with organising a tour for the next day, my transport for the next day and even ordered some takeaway food for me! I then went on a full day tour with Yusuf the next day and learnt so much, and then even got dropped off at the bus stop. Would highly recommend for an enjoyable stay! Bed was comfy too!"

Grand Mercure Agra ★★★★★
"This is a new hotel, facilities are spotlessly clean, modern, and intuitive to guests. Staff are wonderful and helpful, and they helped me get settled in despite my midnight arrival. The ambiance is overall tasteful and inviting. Special to Satish, Santosh, and the wonderful staff of the hotel. They spared no effort in making guests feel welcome. Food choices for breakfast and supper are varied with local and western favourites. Breakfast was a particular highlight, featuring food from around the subcontinent, and daily selections are rotated - making breakfast something of a welcome surprise to look forward to. I will be back."
