"This is an excellent hotel! The front desk staff are lovely and their service is outstanding. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle with a dedicated car. Even when my flight was delayed, the hotel staff waited patiently for me at the airport exit, unlike other hotels where you have to search for the shuttle yourself. Their service is truly thoughtful. The hotel is centrally located in Aksu, with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient shopping. It's a newly opened hotel, so it's very clean and hygienic, and the rooms are spacious. They even offer room upgrades. The hotel amenities are great, including mouthwash. This is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Aksu, highly recommended!"

"Since it was a newly opened hotel, the check-in process took a bit long. They provided breakfast, which I appreciated. However, the room wasn't clean; the sheets were dirty. I was very tired late at night, so I asked for a sheet and made my own bed."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Aksu Downtown. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after long journeys across Xinjiang. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. A special highlight was the halal breakfast, which we absolutely loved. There was a good variety of delicious options, and it was very convenient for Muslim travelers. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location is also convenient for exploring Aksu and the nearby city center. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aksu. One of the best stays during our Xinjiang trip."

"It was quite late when we arrived at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The entire hotel was very clean, occupying all four floors. The room was soundproofed, and I couldn't hear anything from my neighbors. If you're looking for a quiet night's sleep, this is the place to stay! In Aksu, we skipped some nearby scenic spots, such as the Wensu Grand Canyon. We also went fruit picking. Aksu apples are at their best in late October. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"The experience was extremely poor and I was very disappointed! 1. On the evening of arrival at the hotel, they asked who my travel companions were. I told them I booked and paid online, and my name was on the records. They just needed to tell me the room number. Why did they insist on asking who my companions were? Were they afraid of making a mistake? Didn't they check everything beforehand? This kind of service left me speechless! 2. I mentioned online that there were lobby bar privileges. I asked what they were, and they only replied that they were available the following afternoon. I asked what the lobby bar privileges were, and they said the next day. Seriously… I asked twice and got the same answer. The next morning, I saw that there were lobby bar privileges too??? 3. When I went out, I encountered a staff member and asked if they had a tote bag. They gave me one so I could pack things for a meeting. When I returned to my room, I found several laundry bags instead??? 😂 There was only one laundry bag hanging on the clothes rack in the room. I don't need a laundry bag, I need a tote bag…😱 Am I supposed to take a laundry bag to the meeting…? 4. After finishing the meeting on the 3rd floor, I went down to the 1st floor, which led to the coffee shop on the other side. I went to the lobby and asked a waiter. The waiter said there was nothing I could do; if you come down from the 3rd floor, you can only go down to the coffee shop. I asked, "So every time I come down from the 3rd floor, I can only go to the coffee shop and then walk around to the lobby?" She said, "Yeah, there's nothing I can do." 🤷♂️ I'm really…😓"
