After checking out, I accidentally left some personal belongings in the room. The hotel noticed right away and promptly called me to inform me, showing how attentive and responsible their staff are. The front desk staff were gentle and friendly, and their thoughtfulness was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next trip!"

"This hotel is simply amazing, with excellent service. The location is near the Grand Cross and it is convenient to go everywhere. The key is that everyone in the store is very, very nice, with a strong sense of service. They helped us with luggage, picked us up, and were polite and made us feel at home. The breakfast is also OK, there is a 24-hour laundry room, and snacks and hand cream are provided. It is simply a fairy hotel, and the price is not expensive.
