"In general, the impressions from the hotel are mixed. ❗️ Specially unpleasantly surprised the situation in the pool. Guests urgently remind about the hygiene rules, but at the same time women are given used rubber for hair. When I was cleaned from them, the same rubber was offered to other guests. I consider this absolutely unacceptable in terms of basic hygiene. If the hotel requires the sanitary rules from the guests, I would like to see the same responsibility from the staff. It is distinctly unpleasant that the manager himself asked me, "What happened?" I explained the problem, but unfortunately, no solution or clear reaction followed. The fact of the treatment was, and here the problem remained unsolved. At the same time I would like to note the positive points. 🌟 Thanks to the staff of the restaurant on the 8th floor when I came to dinner, the staff were very attentive, kind and professional. 🌟 I also want to note the staff on the 2nd floor during breakfast. Thank you for your good service and attitude to the guests. From a small comment: a Swedish table is on breakfast, but it was surprising to learn that the rest of the food cannot be taken to the room. In other hotels where I stayed, this opportunity was provided. Maybe this is the internal hotel rule, but guests would like to have a more understandable and convenient solution. ❤️ And a separate huge thanks to the staff of the waitress! Very pleasant, honest staff. Their work really is desirable to be noted separately. I hope the management will pay attention first of all to the hygiene in the pool, because it is such seemingly small details that have a strong impact on the overall impression of the hotel."
