"Location: Very close to some of Aktau's most iconic photo spots, practically right downstairs. There are plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket nearby, and the Caspian Sea is a 10-20 minute walk away. The airport is about a 30-minute taxi ride away. Facilities: Fully equipped and new, with elegant and beautiful interior design. Breakfast is relatively plentiful, and Indian food is served during the day. Worth a try. Cleanliness: Very clean; they come in to clean daily. Service: Okay, slightly room for improvement."

"I'm very disappointed with this hotel. The service is subpar, and the reception staff are completely unhelpful! The spa leaves much to be desired, and it's hardly a spa. The water in the pool was cold, so the kids couldn't swim, even though the pool was the reason we stayed, as kids love swimming. When I asked to turn the pool heating up to a comfortable temperature, they said it would take a long time. When I asked them to at least keep it warm until the next morning, they called back a little later and said the pool would be closed the next day for a cleaning day! 😅 Even though there wasn't a cleaning day planned and no information was given. Breakfast wasn't refilled, and dirty dishes weren't cleared, even though there weren't many guests (not that they were running out of time). Incidentally, they barely gave us water in the room, even though they told us we'd checked in at 5 a.m., which was very upsetting, especially considering they'd charged us for a day!"
