The receptionist could do with a bit more customer training I think, as that doesn’t make a good first impression."

Bed very comfy and easy access to car when I needed to unpack later after arrival and dinner. Car park entrance is a great challenge for all drivers which I passed. Thank you for the hospitality"

"Really enjoyed my first stay. Staff were very pleasent. Breakfast was pleantiful and well presented. You must have your own transport as there were no buses. There's too much of a long walk into Alnwick by the A1 mortorway. That's not very pleasent or safe. The only issue I had was with the awlful television (It certainly needs updating) in the Cart Shed accommodation. The hand controller was useless."
