"I was greeted at the hotel by friendly staff who checked me in very quickly. The room was very clean with a good shower and comfortable clean bed. Breakfast was a buffet style with eggs to order and a good variety. I used the Spa for massage and shave which were great. The hotel is close to the main attractions and I would highly recommend it."

"فندق جميل ،صغير مكون من ٣طوابق ،نظيف والاهم موقعه ممتاز مقابل المدخل الرئبسي لمكة مول ،مقابله سوبرماكت كبير ،وقربه من شارع مكة الرائع يعني كل الخدمات موجودة بجانك ،الموظفون بشوشين وخدةمين جدا وخصوصا السيد حسن انسان جدا محترم وساعدنا كتيرا ،الفندق يستحق ٤نحوم .يطل كذللك على المدينة الطبية وعلى الجامع الشهير ."

Kahvaltı lezzetliydi ve iyi seçenekler vardı, oda sessiz ve rahattı, iyi bir konumdaydı—kahvaltı yaptık ve Roma amfi tiyatrosuna baktık, ardından kaleye 20 dakikalık bir yürüyüş yaptık. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. My room was spotless upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained high standards throughout my stay. It’s always reassuring to see such attention to detail, especially in common areas.
The service was another highlight. The staff were friendly and accommodating, eager to assist with any requests. Their hospitality contributed significantly to a comfortable stay.
As for the facilities, while they may not be the most luxurious, they were adequate for a hotel of this category. Basic amenities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the availability of essential services.
In summary, Conroy Hotel offers a good balance of location, cleanliness, and service, making it a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort without breaking the bank. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Amman!

The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price.
The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom.
The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning.
This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone.
I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed.
I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom.
They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless.
There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved.
I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.
