Bunun sebebinin İngilizcesinin standart olmaması mı yoksa bizim İngilizcemizin çok zayıf olması mı olduğunu bilmiyorum. Neyse, pek bir şey anlamadım ama konaklamamı etkilemedi. İmkanlar: Ctrip standardı. Amman'ın tek platin oteli olması nedeniyle tesislerin iyi ve bakımlı olması gerekiyor. Yatak çok rahattı, yumuşak ama yine de dinlendiriciydi. Yorgan ve yastık cilde çok rahat geliyor. Ama çarşaflarda delikler var, değiştirmemiz gerekmez mi? ! Pijamanın kumaşı kalitesiz ve çok sert. Hijyen: Yüzey iyi ama detaylar iyi değil. Diş fırçası kabının tabanındaki lekeler oldukça belirgin, görmediniz mi? Bu Four Seasons seviyesinde değil. Çevre: Karşısında Ritz-Carlton var ve alt katında ana yol var, bu nedenle biraz gürültülü. "Safe and clean hotel, and bed was reasonably comfortable. And a good breakfast. So why the poor review? Dinner was terrible - cold lumpy rice, no local food, poor service as we could not get a drink. Gym was closed as they had moved tables into it for some event they were holding - not much better when open as much of the equipment was broken. Hot water pot did not work - had to ask for a new one. Refrigerator in room did not get cold and no temp adjustment - had maintenance take a look and they said all fixed - but still did not get cold. Mentioned to the desk in morning and they claimed the refrigerator in room is not meant to to keep anything cold! We had two towels first night, housekeeping replaced the two towels and bathmat with just one towel. Loud garbage truck at 6am. Note this is in a residential neighborhood, so there is nothing nearby."
