My only consideration pertains to breakfast – exploring the option of a hot buffet could enhance the experience. While the presentation was appealing, incorporating more hot options might be beneficial. Additionally, the gym had a good selection, but improvements could be made in presenting the jacuzzi area."

"Some employees are poorly trained for the work they have to do. From one day to the next, they didn't clean the bathroom. It's very unpleasant for people to come back from the spa in their swimsuits and have to go through the common areas."
