"Booked this stop on a Loire Valley driving tour of 3 couples with luxury cars. Called before booking to check hotel had secure private parking, explaining the importance of this. They confirmed that it did. When we arrived, we discovered that the car park was too narrow for our cars and that spaces had to be reserved in advance, none of which had bred advised in the call. As a result, we had to cancel the booking and find an alternative hotel, which cost us the price of the three rooms. Extremely stressful and distressing situation"

"A lot of positive points. First, the greetings, the kindness, the availability and the advice from my host. The simplicity for the transportation with Jalla ( Again, a big thanks to him for bringing me everywhere! ). Also, the beauty of the spot, really calm, spacious, and a quality bedding. The three-filled garden. The pool is really appreciated. Finally, the greatest quality of the food. Some delicious dishes and really copious. A superb marrocan cook culture with a lot of different dishes cooked with heart, and trust me you can feel it. I really recommend this guest house and I will probably come back again as soon as possible!"

The girl at the front desk gave us a map of the old town and told us to follow the blueline marked on the ground to see the place. It worked very well."

Classic repair, friendly people on the respiratory. Big room (though a single) with a bathtub. Good breakfast (baking, cutting, yoghurt, fruit, muscles, etc.)."

Negatives: Having to wait for our room even though we arrived after 4pm and then, as soon, as we closed the door and started unpacking, having a manager knocking on our door asking us how early we were leaving in the morning as workmen were arriving! Which didn't make us feel very welcome!"

"We stayed for one night during road trip through the Valley. It's a budget-oriented place but we expected that. What makes a budget hotel great is the staff and cleanliness and both were excellent. The room was basic but tidy. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. The location is walking distance from the old town, castle, very close to tram to attractions like Terra Botanica. There is limited parking available on site and luckily we managed to get a spot which was great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"Horrible hotel, the cleaning hadn't been done. I found an open packet of cookies under the bed and a lot of dirt. There was no soundproofing between the rooms. The staff didn't listen. The owner didn't accept my complaints about her hotel; she called me six hours after I left to accuse me of tearing the wallpaper, even though the hotel is dilapidated—the walls, doors, and baseboards are damaged. I was on the fourth floor; there's no elevator to the top floor, so I had to carry my luggage myself. No one helped me. Avoid this place immediately; it's disgusting."
