I could have chosen another hotel instead of being taken advantage of. As a result, before 8 a.m., they started hammering away at the wall next door with an electric hammer, creating deafening noise that woke me up completely, making it impossible to sleep or rest. Knowing about the construction but failing to inform me beforehand, ignoring my needs, their service was extremely irresponsible and dishonest.
