"I went to Suzhou on a business trip and chose Hilton. The environment was similar to other Hilton hotels, but the service was not up to par. I checked in at 10 pm and there were not many guests in the off-season. I asked the front desk if there was a charger, but they said no, they didn't provide it. A five-star hotel doesn't provide charging cables? I've stayed in so many five-star hotels. This is the first time I've heard that. Secondly, there were no handbags in the room (I had my own belongings and clothes to take away). I called the front desk and was told that the handbag supplier didn't provide them. There were laundry bags in the cabinet that I could use... When I checked out, I asked about my stay experience: This is not a good experience. After all, you are under the Hilton brand, but the service awareness did not make me feel very good and enthusiastic. The front desk deliberately concealed this from me, completely refusing to inform me about the construction work next door that morning. I could have chosen another hotel instead of being taken advantage of. As a result, before 8 a.m., they started hammering away at the wall next door with an electric hammer, creating deafening noise that woke me up completely, making it impossible to sleep or rest.
