The underground parking garage has an elevator directly to the lobby and guest rooms. The room has a balcony and a very large bathroom, feeling more like a typical Chinese hotel layout rather than the modular bathroom style often found in Japanese hotels. Recommended."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Tiara Minami Nagoya and overall had a very pleasant experience! The room size was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and perfect if you’re planning to relax or unpack fully during your stay. It felt roomier than many other hotels in the area, which made it much easier to settle in and move around.  One of the big advantages was that the hotel provides free parking if you’re driving — a huge plus for travellers with a rental car. The parking area is ample and convenient, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot nearby."

"Water not even included, paid extra for breakfast but it was just a joke, prepaid some bakery, on policy said miso soup and rice are unlimited and included but my the reception came and stop my kids from getting it while I was be able to serve myself minutes ago. So unprofessional and made us so pissed and felt uncomfortable. They charge higher per night compared to next door hotel but their breakfast was so much eatable. Not recommended"

"The room is consistent with the typical Japanese-style size. The hotel staff are very warm and polite. The hotel offers free dinner and bathing services, which were not mentioned on the booking page. The hotel has three different buildings. I booked the South Wing on Trip, but the address provided on Trip did not match the hotel I stayed at. I had to drive around several times before finding the correct parking lot."
