Dongfang Wenju Hotel · Anqing Station Tianzhushan Airport ★★★★

📍 1st Floor, Building A, Tianzhu Trade City, No. 233 Yingbin Road, Anqing

📍 10th Floor, Gongxiao Building, No. 561 Renmin Road, Anqing

"We stayed in the room for four days and three nights. When we first entered the room, it looked clean. The facilities were average. The toilet and shower were separated, and the exhaust fan didn't seem to work. I went out the next morning and returned to the hotel at around 1:30 in the afternoon. The room was the same as before I left, with no cleaning done. The front desk replied that they were not sure and that they might not have had time to clean it. When I returned to the room in the evening, they cleaned it superficially, but the towels were just folded and left there without being changed. That was fine. On the third day, I returned to the room before 5 in the afternoon, and there were still no signs of cleaning. The front desk replied that they were not sure, but at my insistence, they contacted the aunt to clean it. On the fourth day, when I returned to the room at noon, it was still the same. I asked the front desk when I checked out, and the reply was the same. I've stayed in hotels ranging from cheap to five-star, but have never seen anything like this. Without asking for "do not disturb" or "do not clean", the room was clean when I left and returned. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation, and the front desk replied that they didn't know. Management and work attitude need to be improved"

"An unforgettable journey. As a hotel practitioner, I will judge from a professional perspective. I am very curious why a hotel with such good professionalism and service awareness has such a high cost-effectiveness. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the location is also very good. To be honest, I can't find any faults. I am shocked and relieved in my heart. The complex emotions are hard to express in words. In a word, I hope to do better and better!"

"You can tell it was designed as a luxury hotel; the overall decor is very opulent, and the rooms are spacious. The lake-view rooms genuinely offer a view of the lake, and there's a small balcony right outside where you can enjoy the breeze and the water – it's incredibly relaxing. This place is ideal if you're driving, as parking is very convenient. Conversely, if you don't have a car, it's a bit far from the city center. Overall, it's a pleasant experience."

The room has desks and chairs and high-speed WiFi. The processing of files is super smooth. It is also equipped with a charging interface and blackout curtains. It is not delayed in resting and office. The breakfast is rich in variety, the meat and vegetables are balanced in nutrition, and the restaurant aunt also thoughtfully packaged a portable breakfast when the early meeting. The service is professional and efficient, and the reimbursement certificate is issued when you check out. Next time you come to Anqing on a business trip, you will still live here!"

"The blankets and pillows in the room smelled terrible, especially the pillows, which reeked of smoke; it made me want to vomit. The front desk service was also awful; they wore heavy makeup, knew nothing when asked, and were generally indifferent. Several staff members were just chatting amongst themselves. The room was also old and worn; the bedding was yellowed. I will never stay here again."
