When I checked in yesterday, the front desk told me clearly that Ctrip could get the ticket. Then I found out that it couldn't be gotten when I left the hotel today. I had to spend time and energy to contact Ctrip and the hotel... I was a frequent guest, so I might not think this was too outrageous about hygiene, but getting the ticket the next day was really something I wanted to complain about. I won't give you a completely bad review. I hope you can improve this in the future."

"I stayed on the 19th floor in a Deluxe Business Double Bed Room (negative Ion Forest Oxygen Bar Purifier + Zero Pressure Mattress). The room was immaculate with plush linens and a comfortable bed. In mid-April, air-conditioning is not yet available and the room was too warm for me to sleep comfortably. A couple of cigarette burns were visible in carpeting and furniture, but there was no odor in my non-smoking room. Smoking is popular in the area and non-smoking rooms are limited in number. When in Anqing on business, I have always stayed here so I don't know if you can find hotels with less indoor cigarette smoking. I booked breakfast with my rate and while it is mostly Chinese cuisine, I was able to find enough to eat each morning (fried eggs, fried corn fritter, and dumplings). The Dr Coffee machine offers a variety of coffee options. As a westerner, what I would have made breakfast better: having butter for toast, ground black pepper for eggs, and fruit juice. On this visit, only tea/coffee, milk, and soda were available. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will return when I again need to visit Anqing."

"I came to Anqing for the National Day holiday and found cockroaches in my room. It was the first time I'd ever encountered such shiny, greasy cockroaches 🪳, and there were several of them. The cleaning was also very poor; the sink was filled with either dust or rust. Even though it was a newly renovated hotel, the room was close to the street, and there was the sound of electric scooters honking at 2 or 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep. I woke up several times throughout the night. I had planned to stay for a few days, but I changed hotels the next morning."

"The hotel has complete facilities and high cost performance. But the management and service were beyond expectation. The first thing is the garbage left by previous residents that can be seen everywhere when you move in (see Figure 1-3). Then on the day of my extended stay, I returned to the room and found that the towels, floor towels, bath towels, etc. used the day before had not been replaced, the trash can had not been emptied, and the room had not been cleaned at all. Picture 4 shows the “clean” towels that were later brought in by the housekeeping lady. They were extremely dirty. The room next door where my parents lived was cleaned, but there was no drinking water. The service that is leaking here and there only shows that the training is not in place. People smoking cigarettes can be seen everywhere in the lobby, and no one seems to try to stop them. The front desk staff and the security guards who direct parking provide the only services. Thank you for their hard work. In addition, the toilet in the hotel is really disgusting. The smart toilet cannot sense human body movement, and you will most likely need to manually open the lid. When you sit down, the water will splash onto your butt, and when you stand up, the automatic flushing water will splash onto the toilet seat. It is really speechless. The room was poorly soundproofed, and I was woken up by the loud shouting of the people in the wedding room next door at 6 or 7 o'clock for two consecutive days. There are many types of breakfast but most of them are very unpalatable."
