There is no guidance on where to park the car on rainy days, and there is no staff at the gate. 2. The hotel was booked in advance by Ctrip. When checking in, I was asked to pay a deposit of 200 yuan. I would like to ask if a high-star hotel charging a deposit of 200 yuan is as disgusting as eating a fly when eating. 3. The hotel facilities are old, the sofa is cracked and peeling, the table is unstable, and a one-centimeter travel brochure is just right. The toilet has no toilet seat, and the room is gloomy (I called the front desk to add a desk lamp to improve it). 4. I checked in with my family, two children, one is 1.28 meters tall and the other is 1.1 meters tall. The front desk asked that only two people in each room could go to eat. Although I ate normally after negotiating with the restaurant staff the next morning, the number of people told about breakfast when checking in was too disgusting. Is this what a star hotel does? A 1.28-meter child cannot be counted as an adult anywhere in the country, not to mention a 1.1-meter child. Has Wyndham Group never seen money? 5. When checking out, the front desk informed me that guests can leave the hotel first. After the staff checked the room and found no problems, the deposit would be returned. I took the initiative to ask for an immediate check-up. If there were any problems, I explained them clearly. Only then did the front desk staff arrange for cleaning staff to check. It took nearly 10 minutes in total. Can a five-star hotel that collects a deposit do such a thing?"

"I can't give a positive review here, but I certainly can't give a negative one either. I booked this for a friend who is also a client, a very important guest. We booked the Chu Jian Shao Hua King Bed, the most expensive king bed, for check-in on the 29th. We had already informed the hotel beforehand that we would be assigned a better room. I specifically reminded them at the front desk when we checked in, but I was worried. After check-in, I accompanied my client to the room to check it out, but it wasn't the room we'd booked. It was quite small and facing the street. The room we'd booked clearly indicated a mountain view, and the pictures showed a mountain view, but they insisted on giving us a street view. The room we passed by with a mountain view and the door seemed larger. I was very dissatisfied with this! Beware of this: when you check in, make sure to check at the front desk whether you're being given a street view or a mountain view! The street view is completely invisible. Furthermore, the hotel was renovated a long time ago, and the facilities are quite old. Before entering the room, I could smell one smell in the hallway, and then another when I entered. Furthermore, I recommend staying here if you're driving, as it's conveniently located on the roadside with parking both front and back. Those without cars should reconsider, as the location is quite awkward, a bit far from attractions and downtown dining options. It's at least a 15-20 minute walk, especially in the sun... The hotel is commendable for its spaciousness, and the lobby is clean and comfortable. However, the front desk staff didn't follow the rules and randomly assigned rooms to guests! I used to work in hotel operations for Ctrip. If the hotel disagrees, please feel free to challenge me."

"My first trip to Guiyang was full of surprises, yet also tinged with regret. The breathtaking natural scenery was a feast for the eyes, and the rich history and culture spurred me to explore. However, the overall experience of food, accommodation, and transportation during a trip is paramount. Choosing the Banyan Tree Anshun was a terrible mistake! I subjectively thought Banyan Tree was part of the Hyatt group, like Park Hyatt😂, but the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I realized how mistaken I was😂. The lobby was vast and empty, the greeter's smile was stiff, and the front desk staff were unprofessionally wooden in their speech. The overly aggressive wood-paneled decor and Chinese-style furniture made everything feel cheap and haphazard. Seeing my family's disappointed faces, I could only manage an awkward laugh, after all, a 3-night stay at 15,000 RMB is non-refundable😂. The hotel grounds were extensive, but the details were a mess. Untended branches and fallen leaves made it look desolate. The room was large, but the sleep quality was non-existent. The cheap mattress made you feel every single spring😂, and every time I turned over, my wife would wake up😂. I woke up with an aching back every morning. Even more comically, the cleaning lady would come at 8:50 AM, shouting to wake you up and clean the room! Her loud voice through the door made it sound like she was serenading us with folk songs early in the morning😂. During breakfast, I could only see about 15 people dining, yet guests constantly had to call out, 'Waiter, the coffee machine is out of water and milk! And the juice is gone too!' The openly displayed cutlery on the tables and food scraps under them made me question the hygiene of the dining experience. What truly surprised me was the hotel's waterfall afternoon tea, which wasn't located within the hotel but required a car ride to a so-called 'teahouse' in the scenic area. The teahouse's balcony directly overlooked the waterfall, and we were served a pot of strong tea, a pot of white tea, plus 12 casually made small pastries😂😂😂. My daughter said they were the worst macarons she had ever tasted! No coffee was available, as it was strictly a Chinese-style experience! You could only drink tea here! I forgot to mention, the hotel lobby also only offers tea, nothing else! Perhaps Guizhou only produces tea and nothing else, like coffee! We simply couldn't appreciate the tea culture. I took one sip of tea, and my daughter took 2-3 bites of the pastries. Then came the bill, which perhaps my poverty limits my imagination! 1550 RMB! After signing, I immediately checked the average salary in Guizhou on Xiaohongshu (a social media platform)😂. At the end of our trip, on the way to the airport, the driver told us that Guizhou's tourism industry started relatively late and needs time to adapt. I agree with him; any endeavor needs time to be refined. Here's wishing Guizhou's tourism industry all the best!"
