"The hotel's location is excellent; you can take the elevator directly up from the JR station. The front desk staff are all very kind and friendly, especially one gentleman who speaks Chinese. The entrance design for the ladies' public bath is a bit odd, lacking sufficient privacy, and the changing room area feels a bit cramped. The lounge on the same floor offers beautiful views, facing the sea, and you can see A-Factory and other Aomori landmarks directly. The lounge provides drinks and even small snacks in the evening. There's an ice cream freezer next to the front desk, which is perfect after a bath. The hotel also offers activities like yoga and Pilates, which I didn't get a chance to try this time. Although it was the most basic room type, we were on the 10th floor with great views. On our second day, we saw a huge rainbow and even experienced an earthquake – a truly unforgettable experience! I would definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Aomori."

"The hotel was located at a 10mins walking distance from Aomori Station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing a smooth a speedy check-in process. The room was spacious and comfy, the cleanliness was on point but there are some minor stains in the bathroom if you really put your eyes on it. Overall, for this price, it's totally a bargain and I would love to stay again in the future. Cheers!"

"Traveling from Sendai to Morioka, then Hirosaki, and finally Aomori, I was already a bit 'over' cherry blossoms and wasn't really interested in Yoshitomo Nara's works. So, Aomori itself felt a bit underwhelming for me. The hotel, however, met my expectations. I didn't have breakfast, but I did visit the public bath and enjoyed the ice cream there. The hotel itself is good – clean, well-equipped, and with good service. My only minor complaint is that it's a bit far from the JR station. Also, a 10 AM checkout feels a bit early for the Tohoku region."

"The hotel's location is super convenient! I booked on the same day and it was excellent value for money. It's about a 3-5 minute walk from Aomori Station, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The Fish and Vegetable Market, Ichiba Sushi, and Jiraigen are all within walking distance. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs. The room size isn't small for Japan, and all the amenities are easily accessible."

"The location is excellent, right next to Shin-Aomori Station, just a 3-minute walk away. However, the breakfast was a bit weak; there wasn't much to eat, hardly any meat dishes, and it was very repetitive. It was also very inconvenient that the hotel didn't offer luggage storage. I had to store my luggage at the station's lockers every day, which cost an extra 30 yuan and was a hassle. It's a small thing, so I don't understand why they couldn't provide this service."

A special treatment from this hotel was the free alcohol drinks provided in the evening. It was a great chance to taste various of drinks :)"

"Exceeded my expectations! It's super close to the station – after you get off the train and exit, just look to your left for the building with the 7-Eleven; that's the hotel, and it's quite large. There was a bit of a line for check-in, and the front desk called a Japanese person who was behind me to go first, which was a little off-putting, not sure why they did that."

"The hotel is right next to Aomori Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Breakfast is a Western-style semi-buffet, and the restaurant views are lovely. The 20-square-meter room isn't huge, but it's a bit better than a typical business hotel. However, it's also much more expensive, double the price of a Nikko City Hotel. The hotel's public bath (onsen) pool is quite small, especially the apple-themed one; only two people can soak at most. I booked this hotel specifically because I saw the apple-themed pool, so I'm a little disappointed."

"Location: About a 10-minute walk from Aomori Station, right on the main street, so it's very easy to find. The decor isn't brand new, but it's very well-maintained. Service: The front desk and restaurant staff were all very warm and friendly. My experience from check-in to check-out was quite good. This hotel brand offers complimentary late-night ramen, popsicles after a hot spring bath, and Yakult in the morning. This Aomori branch also had self-serve apple juice and coffee next to the front desk, which was a nice touch. Facilities: My room was windowless, which felt a bit overpriced for the off-peak season. However, their rooftop onsen (hot spring) is excellent. The onsen floor has Nebuta festival decorations, and the indoor and outdoor areas combined are quite spacious. There's also a sauna."
