The only minor drawback is that the facilities are somewhat basic, giving it a more practical feel. If you have high expectations for hotel amenities, you might find it a bit simple. However, considering the price and location, it's still very much worth it."

"I've seen this place around Tochigi and Gunma so I decided to try it out. It was a brand new, clean, custom-made container house that had just been built. It had a unit bath and was built like a neat business hotel. It was fully equipped with air conditioning and an air purifier, and the bed was firm and comfortable. However, it was unmanned from 22:00 to 08:00."

"The front desk feels very good. It is close to JR Ashikaga Station and Ashikaga City Station on the Tobu Line, whether you want to walk or not. There is also Ashikaga School in front of you, which is less than 5 minutes walk from Bian'a Temple. The building is old, but it gives the impression that it is in good condition.
