"The hotel is conveniently located in the hot spring area, and the onsen 、large bath facilities are decent. I booked a one-night, two-meal plan. Unfortunately, the dinner portion was too small to be satisfying. I ordered an extra beef dish for 2,300 yen, expecting it to make up for the shortfall ，but it came with only three thin slices, which was very disappointing for the price. Overall, the onsen experience was fine, but the meal value needs improvement."

The restaurant offer fresh and delicious food. Not too many choices is always good. You’ll get sashimi, tempura and fresh vegetables etc. All natural and fresh."

In addition, one of the sauna facilities was broken and could not be used. This part needs to be adjusted. I will make a formal complaint to Trip.com."
