"About 7 min walk from city centre. Nicely decorated hotel, comfortable beds, hair dryer and fridge. Safe did not work. Only half glass door for shower. Street parking is by the hotel and safe. Breakfast was good value at 8 euros per pax and included eggs, ham, coffee machine, fruits, cereal, yoghurt. Bring your own hair conditioner snd bedroom skippers."

"Check in, by Marta, was efficient and pleasant. Our room was on the 5th floor- nice and quiet. Marta apologised for the disruption caused by improvements being undertaken, but we had been informed of this before our arrival. Our room was a corner room, with plenty of light from the windows. Lovely and clean. Stocked mini bar. Safe. Plenty of storage space. Black coloured furniture made locating items a little more difficult! Powerful and easy to operate shower. Excellent breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. A great hotel and a great stay."

"The worst stay I've ever had in my entire life. It's a terrible representation of my opinion of youth hostels. Bedbugs in the beds, the space is outdated, and poorly maintained. They didn't provide any alternative accommodation or solution. You should have kept the door closed! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is superbly located next to the canal and very close to restaurants and the shops. The service was excellent - both at the front desk as well as the lovely ladies at breakfast who took very good care of us. The room was very comfortable. Also had undercover parking (public carpark) available very close by. An excellent choice if you want to enjoy Aveiro at its best"

"The location is excellent. Although it's not in the old town of the South Bank, it's within walking distance of museums and other attractions, and conveniently located near the pier for boat travel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel's decor is charming, and the 24-hour gym is very convenient for guests. The breakfast is plentiful, and the environment is beautiful. This small town is free from the hustle and bustle of tourists and is well worth exploring at a leisurely pace."

"The roadside motel, which I had anticipated would have provided a room with a balcony, gave me a small room without one. Only after negotiation was I reassigned a room with a balcony."

"We had a triple room with a double bed and a sofa in the living room. A full kitchen with everything you need. Only there were no capsules for the coffee machine, but there are coffee shops nearby. Everything is clean. Sufficient number of towels. Clean linen. Only in the bedroom the window overlooks the common corridor on the floor, and not the street, but this did not bother us much. I would especially like to note the feedback from the apartment: before checking in, they sent a welcome letter to the email with all the information about access. It was very pleasant to communicate and everything was fast and clear. Thank you for such service!"
