"I stayed in August 2026 for one night during our on the road. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the hotel and is located in the centre, about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The lift, the room was not very big but for one night it had everything, a small closet including for those who need it. We had a small balcony. The area was quiet, we sleeped well (inconvenient coats separately, but it is now difficult to find all the comfort!). The breakfast served on the ground floor was not very rich, but it had everything, both sweet and salted, though not very different; sin! I would advise those who come in in the car for the position ."

"The accommodation is old and run down. The facade is old and the interior is the same and is not preserved in the slightest. Access to the terrace and the bedroom area is via old/dirty stairs. The stay isn't even worth €40, which was around the amount I paid for one night in a King room, for two people. The accommodation is overpriced and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The room had no insulation whatsoever, white walls with a lack of paint because they had stains, poor decorative finishes (it seems like they decorated all the elements without any panache and care), high ceiling with cobwebs, behind the TV there was only dust when We positioned it to our liking, we checked, and you can hear practically all the sounds and movements that occur in the rooms next door and in the hallway. Around 10pm you could only hear a dog barking because animals are allowed in the rooms. The floor is also parquet and is therefore not "hot". The bathroom area is aged, with old windows, the bathtub jet has no pressure at all and is rusty, when it was set to hot water it lost even more pressure, and it was also completely flooded with water. Positive points: the air conditioning and TV were working and the sleeping mattress was not bad. An experience never to be repeated and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even if they pay more than €30 for a night here! The photos of the rooms do not correspond to the current reality as they must have been taken at the time of the opening."

"The hotel is very convenient, being close to Aveiro station and right in front of the bus stop for Costa Nova. Since I arrived before check-in, I was able to leave my luggage and they kindly explained how to get to Costa Nova, allowing me to successfully catch the bus to the seaside town. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, but luckily I only had small luggage, so being on the third floor wasn't a problem."

"Just bad, very noisy, you hear everything from the street. To deeply laughed people in the night. When that shock stops around 5.00 hour, things start to clean everything 6.00 hour. Containers, glass, shift from tables. Accommodation and booking did NOT respond to our complaint."

"Rip off! Don’t book! False advertising. I booked based on the photo in the room type but the room I got was nothing like it. Look at the photo of the room in my room Type booked verse what we got. Totally misleading. The toilet was dirty, the shower was dirty, the building says it has terrace under facilities but it doesn’t, it’s just certain rooms that can access it. The bed is uncomfortable, the cheap type of mattress where you feel the springs in your back. The customer service has been rubbish. They have taken no responsibility for false advertising. I’ve raised a case with Agoda. They refused to refund me my Money so I could go elsewhere although they falsely advertised the room. It ruined our time here. Keep away."

"The accommodation isn't bad because it's fairly new, but it's only suitable for a short stay because the bed was terrible and the sofa bed even worse. They changed our location less than 24 hours before we arrived, and they didn't send access codes until I asked for them. The check-out time on the Tripadvisor email was 12:00, but when we returned to get our things after breakfast, we couldn't get in (11:20). Luckily, one of the cleaning staff opened the door for us, and we were able to get our belongings. In short, the place isn't bad, especially the location, but if I book two months in advance, I don't want to be scrambling to sort things out at the last minute."
