My flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross.

地理位置最棒的！ 房間裝修有多舊，但是住的很舒服. 自己開車過來請酒店安排停車服務，接送停車場到酒店來回. 去程很好，價格貴. 送走時酒店沒講清楚，停車費自己付款沒包括在220歐元價格內！送走“出租船“也有客人自己承擔. 離開時有點失望，付出價格很高，但是覺得酒店有點佔便宜…當然威尼斯什麼都貴，但是覺得酒店可以提供更好服務！ 總的有空間可以進步！下次去威尼斯，還是換一家酒店！

Grand Canal View rooms: Worth every penny, offering stunning vistas of the canal, gondola station, and the Church of Santa Maria della Salute Attentive service: Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. Unique Murano experience: The hotel's partnership with a Murano glass factory, including private boat transport, was a highlight. It offered an intimate look at the glass-making process, though there's a soft expectation to purchase souvenirs. Decor: The hotel's Venetian style is more modern and appealing in person than online photos suggest. Cons: Breakfast: While the view from the breakfast area is spectacular, the selection is limited, and some equipment (like toasters) weren't functioning properly. Noise: Proximity to the ferry station means some noise can be heard until around midnight. Overall, our stay at Monaco & Grand Canal Venice was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel's prime location, stunning views, and unique experiences more than compensate for the minor drawbacks. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking an authentic, luxurious Venetian experience.

I arrived in Venice after 11 PM yesterday, and I must say, it was quite an adventure! Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception of the hotel I originally booked, so we found ourselves wandering around in search of help. Other hotels were fully booked, and just when we were starting to lose hope, we stumbled upon this amazing hotel as a walk-in. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and quickly found a room for us. The hotel was so warm, cozy, and clean. If it weren't for this hotel, I might have ended up sleeping on the street! 😭 And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding! There was a fantastic variety of fresh vegetables and bread, along with delicious food that truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and Ludmila was a gem throughout breakfast. She kept checking in to see if the food we were enjoying was good and if we needed anything at all. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Venice. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience ♥️♥️

This hotel is fantastic. Excellent location. Beautiful view, right on the Grand Canal, easy to access the water bus. The staff members were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone!

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

Bu apartman tipi otel, bir aile gezisi için mükemmeldi! Oda ve yatak çok genişti ve oturma odasının ferah bir havası vardı. Mutfak, uzun süreli seyahatler için oldukça uygun olan fırın ve çamaşır makinesi ile donatılmıştır. Personel de çok nazikti ve giriş işlemleri sorunsuz geçti. Venedik o kadar büyük değil, dolayısıyla turistik yerlere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Rialto Köprüsü'nden yaklaşık 3 dakika sürüyor, bu nedenle deniz otobüsünü kullanmak için mükemmeldi!

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

Otel ana iskeleye biraz uzak, yürüyerek 10-20 dakika sürüyor ve çok sık olmayan otobüslerle beklemeniz gerekiyor. Yakın bir iskelesi var ancak yaygın olarak kullanılmadığı için kullanışlı değil. Kahvaltı iyiydi ve garsonlar çok nazikti, övgüye değer! Bunun yerine check-in sırasında evin sahibi olması gereken kişi ortalama bir kişidir. Oda 3 gün için rezerve edildi, ertesi sabah sıcak su yok! Soğuk bir duş alın! Hava hasta olacak kadar soğuk 😑 Odanın fotoğrafları çok güzel 😅
