My flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

シンプルだけどきれいなホテル。スタッフも親切。駅から近く、リアルト橋から徒歩20分で、観光しやすかった。 チェックイン前に荷物を預けることができたが、受付の横に置いておくだけなので、盗まれるのではと少し怖かったが、大丈夫だった。 部屋の中には、十分な広さのシャワー室、テレビ、冷蔵庫、貴重品ボックス、ケトル、コーヒーや紅茶があった。 チェックアウトは鍵を部屋の机に置いておくだけなので楽だった。

Отель оставил только теплые воспоминания! Однозначно буду рекомендовать его и воспользуюсь сама при случае снова! Очень душевная, семейная атмосфера. Чувствуешь, что приехал в гости к дальним родственникам, которых не видел с детства. Номер стилизован под старину, при этом нет налета липкой грязи, присущей некоторым старым отелям. Постельное бельё - восторг! Очень плотное, совсем не бюджетное! Всё идеально чистое! Чудесный вид из окна номера на крыши Венеции и частично купол Сан Марко. Уютная ёлочка на первом этаже для поддержания рождественского настроения. Вежливый приветливый персонал! Ресторан - отдельная любовь! К сожалению, дочка не захотела ужинать, и я не оценила вечерние блюда, но запахи с кухни были сумасшедшим! На кухне жизнь кипела, официанты бегали и обслуживали, как бывает только в местах с высокой востребованностью! Завтрак был потрясающим! Никакого шведского стола. Милая женщина заботливо накрыла нам уютный столик с видом на Гранд канал. Потрясающий опыт! Мои благодарности хозяину отеля и заботливому персоналу!

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

Good location, clean room and staff friendly. 

Şimdiye kadar kaldığımız en pahalı otele vardık (3 gece, 2 yetişkin için 1600 AU$), 1. kattaki odamıza asansör yoktu. Resepsiyondaki beyefendinin yardımı olmadan 2 valizi 1. kattaki odaya taşımakta zorlandım. Yaşlıysak ve valizlerimizi taşıyamıyorsak bu çok zor olurdu. Wi-fi yatak odalarında çalışmıyordu, sadece ortak alanlarda çalışıyordu - bize çalışacağı söylenmesine rağmen. Yatak odasının duvarlarında yatağın yanında ezilmiş çok sayıda sivrisinek vardı. Canal & Walter aşırı eski. Bunu anlıyorum... AMA... YILLARDIR güncelleme yapılmadı. Resepsiyondaki genç personel harika. Kahvaltıyı hazırlayan beyefendi daha iyi olamazdı. ODA 102 Banyoda siyah küf var - duşta perde çubuğu olan bir pencere var AMA PERDE YOK. Bu yüzden pencere çürüyor ve küflü. Duş başlığı kırık. Banyoda bir yer gideri var ama YILLAR ÖNCE yeni fayans döşendiğinde gider yükseltilmemişti bu yüzden son derece kötü bir takılma tehlikesi. HAVLU KURULU YOK. Kaygan küvet/duşta emniyet kulpu yok. Banyoya girerken 3-4 inçlik bir basamak var - başka bir takılma tehlikesi. Bu odadaki 1960'lardan kalma mobilyalar tamamen yıpranmış. Sadece bir bagaj rafı var bu yüzden tek seçenek iki sandalyeden birini veya küçük masayı kullanmak. Bu çok elverişsiz. Odayı paketlerken gözden kaçırmış olabileceğimiz eşyalar için tararken yatağın altında çöp bulduk. Kahvaltı yeterli. En iyi ihtimalle 5 yıldız verirdim. Böcek ilacı kokusu o kadar baskındı ki zehirli gibi görünüyordu. Klima ünitesi çalışmıyordu, bu yüzden farkında olmadan temiz hava almak için pencereleri açtık ve düzinelerce veya daha fazla sivrisinek ısırığıyla uyandık. 3 gece kaldık. 2. gece pencereleri kapattık ve klima ünitesine güvendik. Yemek yiyebileceğiniz pek çok yer/bar vs. bulunan, Venedik'in daha hoş ve sakin bir kesiminde yer almaktadır. Murano ve Burano gezileri için hemen dışarıda bulunan su otobüsü için uygundur. Personel yeterince dost canlısı ve yardımseverdi. Asansör yok ve bagajınızı odanıza çıkarmanıza yardımcı olacak kimse yok. Büyük bir bagajınız varsa bunu aklınızda bulundurun. Her zaman hafif seyahat ettiğimiz için bu bizim için sorun olmadı. Kahvaltı çok basitti ve yemek odasına küçük bir giriş alanında servis ediliyordu. Kahve ve yiyecek almak için biraz sıkışık, çok meşgul. Ekim ortasında kaldık ve oda hala çok sıcaktı. Klima pek iyi çalışmıyordu ama katlanılabilirdi ama yazın çok sıcak olacağını hayal edebiliyorum. Ayrıca pencereyi açtığınızda Venedik'te Borneo ormanındakinden çok daha fazla sivrisinek göreceksiniz! Bu yüzden böcek kovucunuzu getirin. Yapmadım, bu yüzden ısırıklarla kaplandım. Kısa bir yolculuk için makul fiyatlı. Venedik'e 4. gelişim, her zaman büyüleyicidir, her şeyi telafi eder!
