nice hotel with breakfast buffet and heated swimming pool good for family bonding, unfortunately the staff was not that friendly and the bellman seems like you need to give him a tip after his service and also the receptionist but I would like to commend the housekeepers, lifeguard and parking staff for always greeting us. I would definitely come back because of the hotel amenities

I stayed at Selandra and it truly exceeded my expectations. At first, there was a minor issue, but the host quickly resolved it with such grace and professionalism. She made sure I was comfortable and even asked if I had any questions or concerns about the place—she was more than happy to help. Her hospitality was genuinely warm and reassuring. I celebrated my 25th birthday here, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The space is not only aesthetic and peaceful, but also reliable for remote work—the internet connection was solid throughout my stay. If you're looking for a quiet and beautifully designed place to unwind, this is perfect. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Just a small note: the location is a bit tucked away, so if you're not into long walks, it’s best to book a Grab going to and from the listing, especially since it's not along the main road. But aside from that, everything was amazing. I highly recommend her place!

Returning Guest Disappointed – Urgent Improvement Needed Stay: 15-17/Nov/25 Status: Returning Guest We returned hoping for improvements after our last critical review, but found significant service failures persist. Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit. * Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture. * Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones. * Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency. * Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision. Management/GM: Please give these critical points your special attention. We need to see positive improvements in January; otherwise, we will seek other accommodations.

There are a few points would like to bring up 1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional, However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on. 2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no. 3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way. 4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient 5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room. 6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively 7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore. 8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter 9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service. Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then. 2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

The hotel looked quite new and the halls, rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. The staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and responsive. The breakfast menu was acceptable. The King Chef Dimsum Restaurant at the First floor provided a tasty meal as well. Even more important, the hotel was very close (7 minutes) to the center of the city (Burnham Park). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Super polite, accommodating ang mga hotel staff, they even let us check in earlier yesterday. They bring our luggage and bags in our room. Very clean and super Bangor ng mga room at Cr. Highly recommended and super quiet ng place masarap magrelax at tulog namin.

Very good location. Very old building. Friendly staff. No vegetarian meal. Keep in mind that if you're booking here, don't expect much comfort or luxury. You're here for its location. A lot could be improved in terms of facilities but overall my stay was great.

Door should be fixed and secure with the normal lock. Plug must be in good condition. At least ventilation on each room good
