The facilities, location, the foods were all thumbs-up. However some front desk receptionists were kind od more accommodating and more careful to foreign guests as compared to co filipinos which supposed to be fair regardless of who you are. I suggest more training on this.

El hotel es lo más nuevo de la isla. Es muy lindo. Está muy bien organizado. El personal está entrenado para ayudar y es muy amable. El hotel tiene restaurantes propios, la única mejora que propongo es tener postres más sabrosos. Los precios de las comidas rondan los 15 USD, para la calidad de la comida nos pareció muy bien precio. La habitación es amplia y linda. Nuestra habitación tenía balcón a la piscina y se veía el mar. Tienen botellas de agua y zona para recargar el agua potable por todo el hotel. En la habitación la mejora es más espacio para guardar la ropa, más cajones nos hubieran venido bien. La limpieza obviamente es excelente dada la categoría del hotel. El desayuno igual que todas las comidas es de muy buena calidad. Tienen café Espresso para quienes toman café. La playa la arena blanca, es casi privada, hay solo un hotel más en el área, y ellos tienen su salida al mar propia. Las reposeras y servicio de playa fue apropiado, con zonas de sombra bajo árboles y sombrillas. Por la noche hay un show muy lindo con antorchas y una sirena contando la historia del hotel. Vale la pena alojarse acá en lugar del centro (alona). Acá te podes relajar, y disfrutar del mar y la playa, si te gusta caminar por la arena o correr podes hacerlo con tranquilidad. Las excursiones tenían precios similares a internet, pero a veces había que pagar solo en efectivo, otras se podía cargar a la habitación y pagar en el check-out con tarjeta.

Wow - Super hotel. Best hotel I have visited in years. Staff polite, efficient and attentive in a polite way. Room was very large, with some free mini cookies and a few free juices. Food and drinks reasonable. Breakfast had a great range of food. The steak at the restaurant was super They even notified breakfast group I could not take milk. Lots of couples but as a solo traveller felt cared about. From start to finish flawless. Even twice a week one hour of free cocktails. When it rains the staff already start wiping down tables and once eases gardeners are out sweeping the leaves off the pathways to help maintain its beautiful appearance. Seriously impressed

Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. My room had modern tropical interiors, strong A/C, and a cozy with view of the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens are clean.

Yakın zamanda bir gece Roman Empire'da kaldım ve genel olarak keyifli bir deneyimdi. Konumu harika. Odalar güzelce bakılmış ve havuz alanı dinlenmek ve rahatlamak için mükemmel bir yer. Genel olarak, oteldeki konaklamam çok keyifliydi. Birkaç küçük soruna rağmen, olumlu yönler olumsuz yönlerden çok daha ağır bastı. Kesinlikle burada tekrar kalmayı düşünürüm ve dinlenmek için bir yer arayanlara tavsiye ederim.

The hotel was beautiful over-all. Location was good, it was along the highway and had many stores and restaurants outside. It was 5mins ride from the airport, about 10mins walk to alona beach and the surrounding was quiet and serene. Room was really relaxing, clean and had alot of space. Food during buffet was okay, but the staff were really nice and efficient. They provided free shuttle from the airport and to the pier during our check-out, that was amazing! I would definitely go back with my family and recommend that you try this wonderful hotel as well!

I highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for reasonable nightly rates and a very convenient location. It’s just a short walking distance to Alona Beach, with many restaurants and bars nearby, so there’s no need to rent a motorcycle you can easily walk everywhere from Harmony Hotel. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Panglao.

Our family trip was amazing .. very accomodating and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. But 1 thing more, they should have intercom phones in the room so if the guest has any concerns or requests no need to go outside and go to the reception.

Otelin hizmeti MÜKEMMEL! Vardığımda rezervasyon yaptırdığım odanın su tesisatında bir sorun olduğunu söylediler, bu yüzden ailem için başka bir tesis ayarlamışlar. Resepsiyon görevlisine asıl endişemin ertesi gün erken uçuş olduğunu, bu tesisi seçmemin en büyük sebebinin havaalanına ulaşım sağlaması olduğunu söyledim ve yarın sabah yeni otelimize bir minibüs göndereceklerini doğruladı. Ailem yeni otelimize gitmek için resepsiyonda araba beklerken, resepsiyon görevlileri bizim için ücretsiz sandviç bile hazırladı (öğle yemeği vaktiydi). Bu arada, yeni tesis kesinlikle daha iyi ve odanın havuza erişimi de var (resme bakın). Ancak Sumilon ve Bohol'da kaldığım süre boyunca dalış tutkumun beni en çok etkilediğini söylemek istiyorum.

Pros: -Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard -clean room -Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food -friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager Cons: -Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos. -There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool. -I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣 -No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout -Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management -tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY -we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website -corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside **AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
