"全文是基於去德清出差，順便想體驗一下新開業酒店的背景，而不是對酒店有什麼過高要求和期待才有的避雷體驗。 ------ 優點（也不是毫無優點）： ✅萬楓自身的餐廳還沒開放，因此早上是去和萬豪吃，早餐種類算多，用餐體驗良好。 ✅入住贈送摩天輪票兩張。 ------ 📍📍注意，接下來全是缺點： ❌前台業務辦理不熟練，入住贈送的摩天輪票是第二天去問前台拿，前台發現忘記給我了。 ❌前台業務辦理不專業，離店時開具的發票，連税點都不清楚，後續是開了票以後自己核對。（甚至開票都開了兩次，前後兩次金額不一致） ❌❌房間內設計的不合理，夜燈和總開關的按鈕常亮，若夜燈按鈕關閉，則牀頭櫃底下的燈帶則會亮，所以不習慣夜間睡覺有光亮的話，根本沒辦法適應這種燈光環境。 ❌❌12月的天房間已經開啟空調，但是不理解房內設施是怎麼通過驗收的，圖2位置一直存在異響，持續整個空調開啟的時間段。 ❌❌❌房間內的淋浴水温不熱！甚至沒有熱氣！某平台也有其他住户反饋此問題，圖3因加班到深夜，凌晨洗澡時水沒有熱氣，以為是太晚了的問題，沒有多想，衹打電話聯繫要了一雙拖鞋。 ❌❌❌❌第二天晚上11點想要洗澡，發現是冷水，電話前台説鍋爐壞了正在維修，且直至11點40多分仍舊未修理完，給出的解決方案是到樓下其他房間洗澡，洗完後再回房間休息，去樓下房間確認，水温和第一晚一樣，衹是比樓上冷水稍熱一點，最後就是沒解決，沒洗澡！！還好次日就要退房了！ ------ 之前一直很少住新開業酒店，剛到萬楓是很期待的，還分享了房間，覺得很乾凈，沒想到連洗澡最基本的需求都得不到保障！！！真的很惱火！！以後不會再住！"

"The hotel location is good, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the mountain. It is very clean and well mantained, the staff is very kind and professional. Good breakfast, both Chinese and Western. Such a pity they closed the swimming pool, but the gym is well equipped."

"Our stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences."

"It’s a very standard hotel a bit far off from the city center, but relatively close to a shopping mall area with lots of shops and food. There’s also a café like around 300 meters away. We stayed there to go hike in Moganshan and as the hotel is in the city you will need to take a taxi to get there. Breakfast was okay and employees were extra nice, they helped us ordering food via app!"
