"Servis personelinin misafirden daha fazla olduğu gördüğüm otel burası 😂😂😂 Otel rezervasyonunun ardından hizmetçi bizimle sessizce iletişime geçti ve oteli nasıl ziyaret edeceğimizi anlattı. Tüm sorularımızı yanıtladı ve çok dikkatliydi! ! Servis personeli otelin her yerinde görülebilir ve kabinden lobiye çok hızlı gelen bir servis otobüsü vardır! Hizmet Haidilao ile karşılaştırılabilir! ! ! Otele kendimiz gittik. Üç katlı bir otopark binası var, bu yüzden park etmek çok uygun! Oda ayrıca çok rahat, çocuk malzemeleriyle dolu ve yatak takımları beş yıldızlı otellerde kullanılan karanfilin aynısı, sanırım Ritz-Carlton ve Intercontinental bu markadan. ! "民宿在仙譚村，在附近的民宿裏算是比較大的，庭院裝修的挺好，有泳池，鞦韆，小主人還送了我自己種的番茄，房間面積蠻大，裝修不叫簡單，喜歡他家陽台，可以看到泳池院景，可以曬衣服，阿姨做的飯的確很好吃，喜歡魚和蝦，特別適合好友不高興喝酒小聚，晚上可以步行去看螢火蟲，老闆娘這裏買門票多少有點折扣，記得問一下！距離田園和碧塢近但是太熱了我們沒去。晚上走到主路上有很多蛙叫聲，很舒服～退房還送了筍乾，有機會還去！"

"進入酒店大堂就讓人眼前一亮，房間很新、輕奢風、材質佳、格局合理、佈置精緻、服務周到。自助早餐每天翻花樣，還設有健身房、洗衣房、機器人送外賣到房間。酒店考慮的很全面，如果能在沖淋房的另一邊裝上毛巾架、再有個小冰箱，那就更完美了!"

"Our stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences."

"這次入住莫干山雲谷德信開元名都度假酒店，真的是一次超棒的體驗！從進門開始就被金盛經理的熱情服務打動了，精神面貌特別好，全程細緻周到，讓人感覺特別親切。 酒店的遊樂設施豐富到讓人驚喜！我們體驗了足球和乒乓球，運動出汗的感覺特別暢快。最難忘的是去垂釣場玩，本來衹是隨便試試，沒想到真的釣上來一條小毛魚！看着小魚在魚鈎上撲騰，成就感滿滿，這種親近自然的樂趣太治癒了。 早餐更是豐盛到讓人驚喜！種類特別多，中西式都有，最有趣的是還能自己動手做DIY華夫餅，香香脆脆的特別好吃。還有挖蜂巢的體驗，感覺特別有意思，玩得很開心。 更讓我們感動的是，在踢足球的時候我父親不小心崴了腳，酒店工作人員知道後，立刻給我們送來了雲南白葯止痛噴霧，還一直關心我們的情況，後續也特別照顧，這種貼心的服務真的太暖心了。 整體環境也很棒，山水田園風的設計很雅緻，住着特別放鬆。下次來莫干山，肯定還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給大家！"

"We had a fantastic stay at Elephant and Moon resort. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Throughout the stay, they helped with accommodating our needs, including bringing extra cutlery, glasses, ensuring the jacuzzi was in good condition and ready for use, and delivering food from the restaurant to our room. The breakfast had many options and the dinner menu was very good. The beds were very comfortable and black-out curtains were provided. The facilities were very clean and the surrounding environment truly captures the natural beauty. We truly enjoyed our stay. The Rainfield Pavilion Rachel House exceeded our expectations. We look forward to visiting Elephant and Moon again."
