"非常驚喜也非常滿意的一次行程，酒店簡直無可挑剔，首先地理位置方便，開車下了高速再開一會兒就到了；其次裝飾美輪美奐，大廳，房間，環境佈置非常別緻用心，不愧是設計師酒店，這個親身感受就知道了；然後大廳內還有貓貓狗狗可以互動，非常温順；之後自帶的餐廳，無論是早餐還是正餐都非常美味，能夠感覺到食材品質都很好；還有因為過生，不僅幫忙升級了房型（能看泳池），還能在餐廳吃到壽麪，實在開心；房間的小米電視很大，看視頻效果不錯，景觀也很好，住得很舒適。整體而言體驗非常好，很久沒有住過這麼滿意的酒店了，也很久沒有寫過這麼長的評價了，真心推薦入住"

"民宿在仙譚村，在附近的民宿裏算是比較大的，庭院裝修的挺好，有泳池，鞦韆，小主人還送了我自己種的番茄，房間面積蠻大，裝修不叫簡單，喜歡他家陽台，可以看到泳池院景，可以曬衣服，阿姨做的飯的確很好吃，喜歡魚和蝦，特別適合好友不高興喝酒小聚，晚上可以步行去看螢火蟲，老闆娘這裏買門票多少有點折扣，記得問一下！距離田園和碧塢近但是太熱了我們沒去。晚上走到主路上有很多蛙叫聲，很舒服～退房還送了筍乾，有機會還去！"

"We had a fantastic stay at Elephant and Moon resort. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Throughout the stay, they helped with accommodating our needs, including bringing extra cutlery, glasses, ensuring the jacuzzi was in good condition and ready for use, and delivering food from the restaurant to our room. The breakfast had many options and the dinner menu was very good. The beds were very comfortable and black-out curtains were provided. The facilities were very clean and the surrounding environment truly captures the natural beauty. We truly enjoyed our stay. The Rainfield Pavilion Rachel House exceeded our expectations. We look forward to visiting Elephant and Moon again."

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the hot tub so much. It was so relaxing. There was plenty of time each day to enjoy it more than once. Also, the food was quite good as well as the coffee, which was more affordable than we thought it would be. The portions for dinner were pretty big so keep that in mind when ordering. The service was very friendly and responsive. Being able to store a couple of small items in the refrigerator in the lobby was super useful for us. The only small thing I would recommend for improvement is to leave a small strainer for guests to use themselves for the hot tub. Although someone came each day to clean it out, over many hours, there can be quite a few small bugs floating in the water. Nothing that prevented us from enjoying the hot water though. We are already thinking of returning again in the future."

We cannot thank the staff enough for their caring and considerate service. We were absolutely spoilt and made to feel really welcome. All the staff, and in particular the guy ”Mark” (who spoke a good English for the standards), was very kind and professional, I felt like I was at home. I loved also the Chinese breakfasts!"
