"It’s a very standard hotel a bit far off from the city center, but relatively close to a shopping mall area with lots of shops and food. There’s also a café like around 300 meters away. We stayed there to go hike in Moganshan and as the hotel is in the city you will need to take a taxi to get there. Breakfast was okay and employees were extra nice, they helped us ordering food via app!"

Otele kendimiz gittik. Üç katlı bir otopark binası var, bu yüzden park etmek çok uygun! Yaz tatilinde su parkına erken gitmemiz gerekiyor. Sabah 9'da gittiğimizde çok fazla insan yoktu ama öğlen daha fazla insan olacak, bu nedenle yoğun olmayan seyahat deneyimi daha iyi olacak~
Kahvaltı Rainforest Restaurant'ta ve saat 8:30'dan sonra kuyruk olacak. Çok fazla çeşit var ve ayrıca çocuk büfesi alanı da var, bu da oldukça ilginç~

"全文是基於去德清出差，順便想體驗一下新開業酒店的背景，而不是對酒店有什麼過高要求和期待才有的避雷體驗。

優點（也不是毫無優點）：
✅萬楓自身的餐廳還沒開放，因此早上是去和萬豪吃，早餐種類算多，用餐體驗良好。
✅入住贈送摩天輪票兩張。

📍📍注意，接下來全是缺點：
❌前台業務辦理不熟練，入住贈送的摩天輪票是第二天去問前台拿，前台發現忘記給我了。
❌前台業務辦理不專業，離店時開具的發票，連税點都不清楚，後續是開了票以後自己核對。（甚至開票都開了兩次，前後兩次金額不一致）
❌❌房間內設計的不合理，夜燈和總開關的按鈕常亮，若夜燈按鈕關閉，則牀頭櫃底下的燈帶則會亮，所以不習慣夜間睡覺有光亮的話，根本沒辦法適應這種燈光環境。
❌❌12月的天房間已經開啟空調，但是不理解房內設施是怎麼通過驗收的，圖2位置一直存在異響，持續整個空調開啟的時間段。
❌❌❌房間內的淋浴水温不熱！甚至沒有熱氣！某平台也有其他住户反饋此問題，圖3因加班到深夜，凌晨洗澡時水沒有熱氣，以為是太晚了的問題，沒有多想，衹打電話聯繫要了一雙拖鞋。
❌❌❌❌第二天晚上11點想要洗澡，發現是冷水，電話前台説鍋爐壞了正在維修，且直至11點40多分仍舊未修理完，給出的解決方案是到樓下其他房間洗澡，洗完後再回房間休息，去樓下房間確認，水温和第一晚一樣，衹是比樓上冷水稍熱一點，最後就是沒解決，沒洗澡！！還好次日就要退房了！

"During our visit to Moganshan, my sister and I stayed at The Yard of the Sky, a charming BnB in a quiet village near the scenic area. The room was spacious, clean with high quality linens, a deep soaking tub, and a small sitting area. The place was well-decorated, with modern amenities. The traditional Chinese breakfast reminded me of my childhood home in Shanghai. The staff, including manager ”姐,” her helper ”小哥,” and the kitchen aunties, were warm and accommodating, making us feel like family. It was a very enjoyable stay.

"This is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night.
I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better."

JJade TallowinWe had an amazing stay at this villa. The owners are by far the best part of the stay. They are so nice and friendly. The man drove us around town a few times and helped us prepare things for our bbq. He set everything up and cleaned it up. Whenever we offered to help he never allowed us. The room was immaculate when we arrived and everyday if we left the room no matter what time they would go up and clean it. We got fresh bedding and towels everyday which was not necessary but a very nice thought. Anything we needed we could just ask and they would help us. We did book this place over others based on they had a resturant but just be ware you need to have a minimum of 8 people in your party to use it. This was no problem for us though as we just ate in town down the road.
I would highly recommend this place for couples who want to sit and enjoy nature but also any families looking for a nice place to relax. They have an amazing garden and the pool was great too.
Honestly have no complaints! The games room was awesome too!

It is nestled quietly on the foot of a hill with bamboo forest, tranquil and peaceful. The lady owner deliberately designed and built the 3-story house, every corner showing her unique taste. Loved the little garden and playful pets, especially the 4-month-old baby cat.
The room was quiet and spacious with a high ceiling and a lovely bamboo hill view that I can't imagine to have back in Singapore, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed so much staying in the room. The owners were chatty and very friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. And a big thumb-up to lady owner's cooking.
It was a wonderful and memorable time staying in the homestay. Thank you very much!

SSoloWondersHotel is super new and the room was amazingly decorated, with good amenities. Wifi took a while to connect but worked well after the help of the hotel staff. The downside is it’s located close to the road so not convenient for travellers without cars who like to hike the mountain or cycle to the lake. You can see the bamboo forest from your window, walk in the little paths and stream close to the hotel and the pool is clean. So overall a good resting experience! Breakfast is Chinese food. Bring your own coffee if you’re a coffee person! Hotel staff was amazing and ready to help us having a good time :)

Ccqwzljr非常驚喜也非常滿意的一次行程，酒店簡直無可挑剔，首先地理位置方便，開車下了高速再開一會兒就到了；其次裝飾美輪美奐，大廳，房間，環境佈置非常別緻用心，不愧是設計師酒店，這個親身感受就知道了；然後大廳內還有貓貓狗狗可以互動，非常温順；之後自帶的餐廳，無論是早餐還是正餐都非常美味，能夠感覺到食材品質都很好；還有因為過生，不僅幫忙升級了房型（能看泳池），還能在餐廳吃到壽麪，實在開心；房間的小米電視很大，看視頻效果不錯，景觀也很好，住得很舒適。整體而言體驗非常好，很久沒有住過這麼滿意的酒店了，也很久沒有寫過這麼長的評價了，真心推薦入住

AAlexRJSuperb stay, in a perfect location amidst a bamboo forest, far from the crowds and making you feel fully relaxed and comfortable. The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. Ttub****4月30日晚上到莫干山景區已經快11點了 老闆娘不僅等待我們到達 還有帥小哥幫忙從停車場提行李到房間 甚至還有點心吃 不得不説服務很貼心很到位
整棟別墅很有設計感 房間也很寬敞 定的山景房一眼就是莫干山連綿不絕的美景 大堂和餐廳外面還有個觀景大露台 觀日落風景絕美 到了夜裡還有滿天的繁星
特別提下店家的餐食非常棒 比景區的飯店好吃多了 可惜我們時間比較趕 衹吃了一頓晚餐 比較可惜

The one thing to be careful of is that the village this hotel is in doesn't have a great amount of public transport to get you to other places other than a very time consuming bus. If your Chinese is good enough, you might be able to convince a taxi to come get you, but they'll ask for a bit more due to the location. However, if you just want to relax, hike and explore the local mountains (there is a dam you 'can' swim in, and a waterfall within 3km), it's a great place.

MMisafir KullanıcıGreat hotel !!! Kids were happy with the animal farm , ridding horses , feeding the Llama, goats, chickens and a big ostrich.
The food has a good taste.
The pool is clean and next to the mountain.
Activities for the kids ( like paint a hat )
The kids area is amazing with 2 donut slides and a net walking between the trees .
For sure we will be back soon !
The attention of the personal was outstanding I was extremely pleased.
