"房間超大，還有小露台，房間裏的沙發都是真皮的，看着就很不錯。天氣涼快一點在露台上坐着吹吹風看看風景肯定很愜意。這裏位置也很不錯，距離西街西段很近，白天逛累了回來休息休息，晚上又可以溜達去小酒館喝喝小酒聽聽歌，舒服～而且不小心把咖啡打翻在被子上了，和管家一説馬上就幫我換了，超級感謝～"

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They assisted me when checking in and even showed me to the room. The room was far with some turns that got me confused. I think it would be nice if they had more directions guiding one to the elevator. The hotel was in a very good area. I got lost trying to locate it at first because it’s tucked between an apartment building and the Macdonald but was ok after. The breakfast is a bit limited though. They even have little snacks in the room mini fridge for free but I was a little disappointed that I got no coffee in the room. I’d definitely recommend."

"There is no lift in the hotel but the staffs will help to bring the luggage up to the rooms. Room is clean except that there’s some sewage smell in the toilet, probably due to weak drainage system (toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet). Hotel is located right in West Street with many nice food choices and can walk to Zhong Shan Road Pedestrian Street too."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided useful itinerary suggestions, and food recommendations. As a foreign guest, the staff proactively shared their WeChat ID and it’s recommended to share yours as well, as they are cautious about scams. Communication through WeChat was smooth and very helpful. A RMB 200 deposit is required, but as a foreigner there was no issue with the transaction. They were also kind enough to help me operate the washing machine, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the pillow—it suited my preference well. One small thing to note is that it took a bit of time to figure out how to maintain a consistent shower temperature, as it would sometimes be too hot or too cold. Also worth mentioning: part of my room had a low ceiling. You’ll need to be careful when standing up—I bumped my head a few times during my stay 😅. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience with very attentive service. I would still recommend this homestay, especially for travelers who value helpful staff and local guidance."
