"This was our second stay at Senbo Hotel, and the service was just as excellent as before. The Cat Paw Butler provided fantastic service; they were incredibly attentive, detailed, and went above and beyond. The hotel breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options. Our child had an absolute blast! On our last day, they even offered a complimentary breakfast for the child, and at check-out, the butler thoughtfully gave us a children's toy. The emotional value provided was off the charts."

"Pros: I booked a standard room but really wanted one with a balcony, and they tried their best to accommodate. Maybe I got lucky, but I was able to check in around 1 PM that day. You can tell the staff are really trying hard, but there are too many guests and too few staff members. Personally, I don't blame the staff; it seems like a management issue. Cons: Setting aside the software (I assume they mean the booking system or app), the hotel overall lacks any resort feel. There are several major flaws. 1. The pool is incredibly small and very poorly designed. Don't be fooled by the online photos; behind the pool are a bunch of air conditioning units from the main building. Plus, it's surrounded by buildings, making you feel like you're swimming while being watched by everyone. 2. The gym is tiny, with just two treadmills and a few other machines. That's it. 3. The hotel's building layout is circular, so most rooms can see into each other, offering zero privacy. And being located in the city, there's absolutely no scenery to speak of. 4. A hotel of this size and in this location is simply not suitable for villas; it feels like a fake villa trying to create a sense of luxury, and the golf cart shuttle service is also quite pointless. The decor feels like that of an economy hotel. The standard room's TV felt like only 40 inches, and the decor was very rough. I honestly wouldn't pay more than 500 per night for a standard room here."

"The hotel is situated on a hilltop, offering a beautiful and tranquil environment. The swimming pool is excellent for children. My only issue was that early in the morning, from just after 5 AM until 8 AM, a few older women (guests) were making a lot of noise in the ground-floor restaurant. Frankly, the owner should have stepped in. However, at that early hour, around 5 AM, the owner probably hadn't started work yet, and the kitchen staff can't really be expected to intervene in such situations. Fortunately, other guests were all very quiet."

"This is definitely a guesthouse I'll be returning to. It's incredibly pet-friendly; I forgot dog food and pee pads, and the front desk provided them for me. Since it was off-season, they upgraded my room. The room was huge, beautifully designed, and felt very secure, plus it had a large, comfortable balcony. I'd seen reviews saying the pool water was dirty and the playground slide was broken, but I found that wasn't the case at all. The pool water was very clean, just had a few fallen leaves. The playground slide was quite fun, and the tire for the slide was new, not broken. You can even bring your dog to play there. There are bicycles and electric scooters available at the guesthouse entrance. Riding around was quite enjoyable. It's also very convenient for dining and exploring nearby areas, with Yu Village just a 10-15 minute drive away. The guesthouse also has its own restaurant. We arrived in the afternoon when the chef was sleeping, but they specially woke him up to make us noodles. The service is truly exceptional."
