Good size swimming pool, but the sun beds were missing. The breakfast was good, but unfortunately the restaurant is closed during the day and for dinner. To make this hotel worth the money, they should definitely keep the restaurant and bar open throughout the day and evening.""

"This truly lives up to its reputation as the best hotel in Moganshan. The environment and scenery are absolutely top-notch. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and the hotel proactively communicated with us about children's amenities and supplies. The courtyard had a massage bathtub, which both the kids and my parents loved. The bedding was also quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that for a room rate of over 7k, there wasn't a dedicated butler service, just a customer service WeChat contact. The older staff members provided excellent service, but the newer employees were noticeably unfamiliar with their duties; perhaps more training could be implemented in the future."

We got upgraded to a dome room during the off-season, and I loved the tatami relaxation area and the balcony with breathtaking views. It would be even better if the private hot spring’s overhead cover could be removed and some small night lights added for extra ambiance! A big thank you to the thoughtful butler for their excellent care."

"For a room costing 1500 a night, everything from the environment to the service was a complete letdown. To reach the hotel room, I had to walk through the basement parking lot – I've never seen such a bizarre layout before. The staff looked utterly miserable, as if "don't bother me" was written all over their face. I'm a paying guest, yet I felt like I was walking on eggshells! Upon entering the room, there was a strong musty smell. The sheets and duvet felt damp, clearly indicating a lack of ventilation. The toilet and bathroom had transparent glass walls – what's the logic behind that design choice? The curtains weren't blackout, so the room was flooded with light as soon as dawn broke, making it impossible to sleep in the morning. And the small sofa in the room had visible stains; it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages! When a staff member opened the door for us, the magnetic catch was broken, so they skillfully (and shockingly) tied the door handle down with a bathrobe sleeve! Unbelievable! Is this what I paid 1500 a night for???"

Environment: Surrounded by mountains, the air is fresh and clean. Service: A dedicated butler is always available, providing attentive service with a smile! One-hour private bath in the Bamboo Forest Hot Springs: Highly recommended. Not only is it photogenic, but it's also very clean. It was prepared an hour in advance, disinfected before soaking, and served with hot tea and snacks. A box of free-range eggs was also provided upon check-out! Their yellow tea is also delicious! Summary: Traveling in the off-season with fewer crowds is truly wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. I compared many options and chose this one, and I wasn't disappointed!"

"Our stay at Moganshan Man Shi Guang Parent-Child Resort B&B was excellent overall. The outdoor area features an infinity pool and a large lawn with a popular swing, all backed by a vast bamboo forest, making it perfect for photos. We stayed in a family room with two large beds and a separate partitioned bedroom, which was ideal for families with elderly members or multiple children. The sleeping areas were separated, making it very convenient to keep an eye on the kids. There's a ball pit and a children's slide castle for the kids to play in, while adults can enjoy billiards, mahjong, and board games. You don't even need to go out to visit attractions; you can easily spend an entire day relaxing at the B&B."
