"We had a fantastic stay at Elephant and Moon resort. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Throughout the stay, they helped with accommodating our needs, including bringing extra cutlery, glasses, ensuring the jacuzzi was in good condition and ready for use, and delivering food from the restaurant to our room. The breakfast had many options and the dinner menu was very good. The beds were very comfortable and black-out curtains were provided. The facilities were very clean and the surrounding environment truly captures the natural beauty. We truly enjoyed our stay. The Rainfield Pavilion Rachel House exceeded our expectations. We look forward to visiting Elephant and Moon again."

"It’s a very standard hotel a bit far off from the city center, but relatively close to a shopping mall area with lots of shops and food. There’s also a café like around 300 meters away. We stayed there to go hike in Moganshan and as the hotel is in the city you will need to take a taxi to get there. Breakfast was okay and employees were extra nice, they helped us ordering food via app!"

Hizmet Haidilao ile karşılaştırılabilir! ! ! Otele kendimiz gittik. Üç katlı bir otopark binası var, bu yüzden park etmek çok uygun! "The hotel was decent and the staff was friendly. It was a bit challenging to find the hotel entrance. I have to go around the block twice, only to later realize that I had to go through the passageway and then take the elevator to the 5th floor. Once inside, everything was OK."
