"This was a lovely place to stay. In the room, we had a king bed, with electric blanket, bidet toilet, and lots of special 5 star add ons like nice toiletries etc. No view from our room but very convenient location to the gorgeous ancient town What was amazing was the food. Best yak hamburger, so tasty. Breakfast also was generous. The staff really did try to help with our travel arrangements, but kept referring us back to trip.com. One of the Nain reasons we decided to book here was to get help to visit the jade dragon snow mountain. We had read some wrong advice before we left Australia saying tickets only came out the night before. But that's false. We could have bought our tickets 7 days in advance on trip.com. It ended up OK, but we didn't need to stay here to help us with that. But it was a nice place to slow down in the middle of our 2 week holiday"

"Incredible hotel experience, The design , the service and the food, everything was 10/10. The private courtyard and butler service made me feel so special. The hidden gem is the schedule of daily free activities and strolling through gardens to see elegant black swans and adorable friendly sheep! It’s an experience you can’t get anywhere else. "I requested to get a special decoration for our wedding anniversary and granted. By far, this hotel really serve anything you can’t ever imagine, the facilities and the trivial things you never know you’ll need.. they’re so detail and generous too. I would say this hotel is like a Doraemon pocket in a very big scale! They provide free laundry as well, but, sadly, ruined my jeans 🥲 so I hope next time they take care of it better. The restaurant and food they serve was nice too. I recommend everyone to stay here"

"The service from the staff are exceptional - they are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is also pet friendly, have self service laundry area, and a few exercise machines. Throughout our 16 days travel in Yunnan, it is one of the few hotels that we actually stayed inside the hotel just to enjoy the vistas and amenities (eg. Voice enabled services, 100-inch projector screen, painting of thangkra, etc). During winter, the morming sun will cast its golden glow on the peak of Yulong Snow Mountain, which is a sight to behold. There is milk provided for the night, which is a nice touch for chilly nights. The breakfast spread was delicious and has good variety with a live cooking station for noodles. It is within walking distance to the Shuhe Ancient Town, and the hotel can also provide shuttle service to Shuhe. It is less crowded compared to Lijiang Ancient Town and Baisha Town. Other nearby attractions include Lashihai Wetland Park and the Black Dragon pool. Overall, Mixue is highly recommended for an enjoyable stay!"
