We wanted to experience the beauty of nature and be close to the underground river tour so we booked this place. This place is absolutely beautiful and everything here is organic. The breakfast is served on time in your villa and everything is freshly harvested and cooked for you. If you want peace, tranquility and the sound of nature then this is the perfect place for you and your loved ones. This place is 1.5 hours away from the airport but 7 minutes away from the underground river tour. It was well worth our stay and we will be back. The staff was absolutely helpful and did everything they could to accommodate us as our check in time was 2am. Thank you Sheridan Organic Farm

The staff was amazing, helping everywhere they could. The place itself is awesome, and the beach and the wharf being this close is very cool. The pool's tiles are a bit dirsty and aometimes you can see mold between them, that would be nice to get rid of, and even though the place is pretty expensive, kayak or boar or stand-up paddle are for rent for pretty high prices (1000php an hour), and not just free for guests of the hotel like is usual, making my head tilt. Massage prices about 5times the normal rate as well. Strange. It would also be amazing if we could enter the rooms with the room key from the pool side when it's a pool view, but that ship has sailed when they built the place, hah. As i said though, staff auper nice and helpful about anything. Place really nice and cozy. Beach super pretty and sky amazing at night. Recommended for some luxury stays :)

Ne konaklama! Personel inanılmaz derecede misafirperver ve arkadaş canlısı. Varışta sizi mutlu personel üyeleri ve hoş geldiniz içeceği karşılıyor. Başlangıçta size çok fazla bilgi vermelerine rağmen, sonrasında unutmamanız için her şeyin yazılı olduğu bir A4 kağıdı veriyorlar. Bizim için oldukça felaket bir seyahat gününden sonra, personel ve otelin güzelliği sayesinde her şey unutuldu. Ayrıca, Filipinler'de seyahat ederken birçok otelde kaldık ve balayımız olduğunu kabul eden ve önemseyen tek oteldi. Ayrıca taksi rezervasyonu ve yeraltı nehri turu konusunda da yardımcı oldular (şiddetle tavsiye ederim!). Plajda konuklara ücretsiz kano kiralama hizmeti de sunuyorlar. Harika bir konaklama için teşekkür ederiz! Bu oteli şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

Sauberes Zimmer....top Service...ein beschädigter Duschschlauch wurde umgehend erneuert Zentrale Lage in Puerto Princesa direkt an der Straße deshalb aber auch viel Verkehrslärm.... Leider fehlt ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer Man kann allerdings an der Rezeption den Kühlschrank nutzen. Alles in allem in Ordnung

As a hotel manager, I have to say that the personnel and especially the front Office could work in 5* star hotels easily. I felt at home with their hospitality. Special hey to Bret if I am pronouncing her name well. Great job girls. As for the room amenities I would like to have a reading lamp above my head and better working wifi.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

It wasn't too distracting for me, especially on the higher floors, so I recommend requesting one of those if you’re sensitive to sound. The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust. Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing. One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin. The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!
