"I always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown. Toilet is way too low in the washroom. I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise. Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel."

"The location is great near kaseya, bayside market and church. The hotel is clean and elegant. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Love the pool area and it’s overlooking level. Thanks"

"Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money."

"For the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay."

"Beautiful hotel located just 5 mins to Kaseya Center. The best choice if you are going to watch a NBA match in the evening. Gym is spacious and clean, love it! The view of Miami from the pool in the morning is breathtaking."

"Tam anlamıyla İngiliz tarzı bir otel, kesinlikle harika. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi, odalar çok temizdi, yataklar rahattı, alt katta bir yüzme havuzu var, ortam çok güzel ve personel çok misafirperverdi. İngilizce bilmesem de, ne demek istediğimi iletmek için çeviri yazılımı kullandılar, bu gerçekten çok yardımcı oldu. Çok beğendim. Kahve makinesi, klima ve buzdolabı bulunan geleneksel bir Amerikan oteli. Aslında, otelin ortak alanları oldukça lüks."

"很美的一個酒店像是走進了botanical garden比vizcaya的綠植好看因為很大（非常主觀vizcaya也很好看衹是我覺得這個的好些因為我喜歡大的植物），酒店房間也很特別，一切都是環繞熱帶雨林的主題，對面就是步行街晚上也特別熱鬧，唯一一點就是我真的討厭不套被子的酒店啊，他們套被子是兩張布被子下面一張上面一張，這樣很方便是的但是我真的很討厭被芯觸碰到皮膚的感覺啊！"
