"Check in process laborious and complicated using a tablet even though staff were available. Room very small and bed is positioned so that one person has to scramble over the other person to get out of bed. No tea or coffee making facilities in room either. Would not stay here again."

"Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money."

"We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Although we had to wait for several hours before we were able to avail the early check-in (with a fee) overall we enjoyed our stay here. The location of the hotel is very near the airport and local transportation like bus and train terminals. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. I loved the free self-service laundry! The room was cozy and homey. I loved the fully equipped kitchen as well! We can cook at our own convenience without breaking the bank of eating out all day 😅 The breakfast is good too though I wish they have variety or maybe change of menu at times. Overall, I recommend this hotel when going to Miami."

"Beautiful hotel located just 5 mins to Kaseya Center. The best choice if you are going to watch a NBA match in the evening. Gym is spacious and clean, love it! The view of Miami from the pool in the morning is breathtaking."

"The aesthetics of the hotel is beautiful. The room was clean, spacious updated and functional. My only complaint is the hallway had not been vacuumed, but it was late in the evening when I arrived 10 o’clock I have zero complaints other than the hall."

"Excellent location with a Publix supermarket just across the carpark (2 minutes walk) to get easy daily stuff or snacks. Very close to Brickell city centre. Rooms are clean and spacious with nice views. Rooftop pool is nice but can get busy at times so have to avoid peak hours. Gym is spacious with great view of the city skyline. Love this hotel and will definitely stay again!"

"I always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown. Toilet is way too low in the washroom. I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise. Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel."
