"I genuinely believe this is the best value-for-money hotel in Yogyakarta, and absolutely worth staying at. The entire property is sprawling and beautiful, like a museum (which it actually has!). The staff are dedicated, responsible, and very patient. The hotel food is delicious, and the manager was incredibly welcoming, recommending many fantastic places to visit. Plus, Bella, the hotel dog, is incredibly heartwarming. I highly recommend this place whether you're on a solo trip or traveling with family or a partner. The hotel is very quiet. Many might wonder if the room decor feels a bit 'Chinese horror' – don't worry about that at all! It's a completely different and wonderful cultural experience."

I’d do it again just for the Yabbiekayu experience."

"Its most fabulous hotel which ive stayed ever! The family room and delux are spacious and well-decorated. I felt myself as in Kingdom time. The Garden is one of the famous Instagram point. There are a million museum pieces, which plunge you too incredible atmosphere. I recommend everyone to stay here, when do you get a chance to stay in Royal family Palace for so cheap price?! The staff is very open and hospitable.. Any questions were fixed fast, dont worry to ask about it. The manage is very openmind and supportive person, have a lot of advise and recommendations."
