"This was the worst hotel experience I had during my trip around Shaanxi. The separate management really lowered the overall quality of my stay. The front desk staff were lukewarm, and they even asked me for payment records when I tried to extend my stay. By half an hour before breakfast ended, there was hardly anything left to eat (and there wasn't much to begin with). My room was on the 19th floor, but that didn't stop small flying insects from getting in. When I borrowed an electric mosquito swatter from the hotel at night, I was told to return it quickly. The service lacked enthusiasm and didn't seem to consider the guests' needs. Shouldn't the hotel handle pest control first? Even though it's a newly opened hotel, the carpets in the hallway already had visible stains. I booked this hotel because it was ranked number one, but it definitely didn't live up to its reputation!"

"Facilities: This hotel appears to be a renovated, established star-rated hotel. The amenities are acceptable, including a restaurant and a luxurious lobby. However, the room facilities are quite poor, especially the bathroom. There's no separate wet and dry area, and the bathroom still has an old-fashioned bathtub. The showerhead is old and the water pressure is very low, worse than the bathrooms in budget-friendly chain hotels. Furthermore, the bathroom light doesn't turn off, but automatically turns on again after you've turned it off for the night. The bedside lamp has a button that doesn't work, so I have to turn it off with the main control. Fortunately, turning it off doesn't affect the air conditioning. The TV is small, but that's not a big deal, as TV filters aren't very good these days. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is generally good, the floor is clean, the room is odor-free, and the bedding is clean. However, there's a slight musty smell in the hallway, which is normal for an older hotel. Ambience: The overall environment is very good. Shopping and dining are conveniently located downstairs. It's close to Tianxiahui Baoji South Station, and the location is excellent, though it's next to an overpass, which can be a bit noisy at night. Service: The front desk staff were average; they were only responsive, but not polite or helpful. The floor cleaning staff were friendly and responsive."
