"The room itself was nicely set up. The front desk staff were welcoming and even provided facilities information. The main issue was the noise. I could clearly hear kids from the room next door, running and laughing and it carried through the walls more than I expected. Overall, a pleasant stay in terms of service and cleanliness, but soundproofing really needs improvement."

"I love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website."

"We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!"

We had to call room service to get the second set. Besides these small inconvenience the location is perfect for terminal C check in. Instead of taking hotel shuttle We were able to walk to the Delta checkin counter in 10 minutes."

MMister StephenI really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

The shuttle service was available for airport drop-off, I even requested a wake-up call and received it on time!However, I couldn't get the air-conditioning unit to adjust to warm, and it was very noisy
The email address and the payment options on the site are incorrect and misleading.
I recommend them updating the info (email address and the type of cards they accept).

MMisafir KullanıcıThe “airport” part of the name here refers to the fact that you can get a shuttle to the airport from the hotel. It’s a little frustrating that it’s so far away from the actual airport.
The room was clean and well appointed, with a fridge and microwave, tv and clock radio. Beds clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the restaurant but the lobby area was clean and well lit. The wifi was fast.

MmatalesRoom had chemical smell. A strong one. Similar to new material gasing. Had to change room after waking up with headache. People were nice. Other room had same smell but much less and was tolerable. Gym should not be called a gym. One bench that is not stable. And dumbbells up to 35 lbs. Few cardio machine. Don't forget something there. As I call every day and they just say they will get back to me. But never do.

MMisafir KullanıcıI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

JJackie V.If you are a transit traveller, this is a convenient place to stay since it is very close to the airport. However, if you plan on checking out the downtown area of Toronto, try to stay in a place nearer the central district. The room is comfortable and clean. The free airport shuttle service as well as the free breakfast is a plus. The only disappointing factor was the check in. When we were checking in, the person who checked us in was busy talking to her colleague, and was not attending to us. Mind you they were talking about personal things and not about work. It took some time before she acknowledged us and asked if we are checking in. They also programmed our key card with the incorrect departure date so we got locked out and had to get new key cards. This they did 3 times for a 4 night stay. The saving factor was Rufa who was working at the convenience store and the pizza restaurant. She was very helpful and friendly and their food was great. I suggest the zesty chicken if you are end up staying and eating there.

other than that everything was good. Good reception Service since day one. Clean pool for the family, My grand kids loved it and I liked the gym.
I would stay there again.

The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the food, special shout to Shivam for his amazing service at the breakfast. There was one issue: the WiFi was not working properly—it was either too slow or intermittent. Thankfully, I had mobile data, so I was able to manage, but it could have been quite inconvenient otherwise. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
