"Arrived odd hours at 3am and couldn't figure out how to get to the hotel. As usual the contact for shuttle is only by phone call which is inconvenient for non-China citizens. Luckily able to latch on to others who were headed the same way. The reception could be friendlier but understand it is ungodly hours. Couldn't understand how to receive the hotel voucher and wasn't helped to do so. The hotel room itself was fabulous. Clean and comfortable bed and more than enough supply of drinking water. The bath tub was a plus too! Easy check out."

"The shuttle driver who took us between the airport and hotel was very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and right beside Ji Hotel. A nearby convenience store made it easy to grab essentials. The staff were warm and helpful, even offering a morning wake-up call for our airport transfer. The highlight of our stay was the complimentary upgrade to a spacious and comfortable Family Room, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded our expectations, making our experience smooth and enjoyable from arrival to departure. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort and convenience."

Decent overall. Highly recommend the noodle station and waffles. Service: Far better than the unsmiling Sofitel next door. Staff were courteous, kind, and tactful across all departments, including the Chinese restaurant staff on 4/F. True Hospitality: - Grace sent a beautiful birthday fruit platter for my family member’s celebration. - Proactively followed up during our stay to ensure a flawless, pleasant experience. I stayed another three days after returning from Xinglong. Felt homey and cozy throughout. Overall, exceptional value, highly professional service. Absolutely worth returning."

"very comfortable hotel with large rooms and bathroom. location is convenient but the road in from is pretty congested during peak hours. the mall behind the hotel looks deserted. walk to mixc mall took less than 10 mins but you'll need to cross two big roads. TV needs improvement as the control is not responsive. Separately booked hotel breakfast at the counter and it costs 98 RMB for two adults which is very affordable for the decent spread of standard hotel breakfasts. they also had special pillows on request. room also had a nespresso machine though capsules provided were not nespresso branded."

"看到好評那麼多，都恍惚了我應該住的不是一個民宿吧第1件糟心：車進小區，保安要求登記，所有人身份證，我衹是確認了一下，是不是所有人，保安，回了一句，你可以不住啊。第2件：進門就傻眼，遭遇照騙，我定的是現代風格，實際的是老舊風，找客服，回覆説有多套房源第三件：給孩子洗漱，水一直是冷的，客服堅持多放一會就好，我就放了十幾分鍾也沒出來，後來我多次要求，確認是不是沒開熱水器，結果是不僅沒開，都沒通電，客服人員答應給弄，得等他們吃完飯過來第四件：晚上準備睡覺，發現床單上一大塊臟污，很臟，給客服發過去，他説沒事兒，又説是布草公司的問題，提醒很多次了也沒有，so跟我有什麼關係，我花錢看你踢皮球？本來是要換房，退房重新定的，但是帶了兩個小朋友，開了一下午車，還有四五個大箱子，實在沒精力了，客服也説所有都滿房le，圖4是我晚上回來拍攝的，我想信他沒撒謊，這一天都沒騙我，哦，對了，停車費還需要交的，沒多少錢，就是膈應，我下次哈，住民宿一定提前核實照片，要麼就去住酒店，省心，大過年的來做冤大頭，住這些年民宿，最差的一次，沒有之一有沒有有點呢，有，陽台外面可以看到海氣的一點心情沒有，看個p海"

"Service was very good. They tried to communicate with us as best as they could. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was great, the perfect way to start the day. They have a shuttle running every hour that will take you to the airport - but do book in advance to avoid not having space at the time required. We also landed pretty late and when we called the hotel, they kindly sent a car to pick us up."

"Unfortunately, my check in experience soured the trip to this Westin. This is the first hotel in the world where I had to pay two deposits, one a pre-authorization via Trip.com and another upon check in. Upon check in I gave the front desk attendant my card to pay for the room and without asking he used it for a deposit. Since this is China, the deposit is generally not returned to a foreign card holder for 4-6 weeks. This is from experience. Though it isn't a lot of money I had cash on me for this purpose to avoid having funds withheld but was not asked. The amount was a combined $250.00, while not a lot of money, simply is annoying to pay as a deposit for a 2 night stay. The room was comfortable with a partial water view, but the hotel internal air conditioner outside the room made loud sounds, occasionally late at night. In addition, the hallways in the hotels are quite warm. The food and service with the F&B was a positive Westin quality which included 1 buffet at a reasonable price, a varied breakfast and a nice sandwich prepared to order. This service was excellent and the staff were well trained in F&B. Unfortunately, the lobby had a bad odor, was very warm, and is not comparable with other Westins I have stayed in mainland China. Staff were helpful but unfortunately, the service was geared to mainland tourists and the hotel did not seem prepared for non Mandarin speakers."

MMisafir KullanıcıOk so this is another B&B home stay that I tried after staying for one night in an overpriced one next door. This is better price wise but much worse in terms of cleanliness and overall care for the place. My room had previous guests hair, plastic wrapping my, a used juice bottle in the fridge and no toilet paper. And also overall for a new place, it looked very run down. I cut my stay short as a result. This stretch of the beach is nice and all these home stays are decent accommodations for like a B&B or Homestay style. Same issues - village is quiet during the hot day and literally nothing to do as there are no swimming pools or gyms or spas or anything really around. Street stalls open in the evening when Sun comes down. This place is also overpriced although much less so than the previous one. Sgd68/night for a room with direct ocean view. Much better than Sgd125/night one next door. Overall recommendation - unless u are Chinese or speak fluent Chinese and don’t mind staying in the room all day reading or doing nothing, while watching the ocean, don’t recommend to stay here. I got a good deal at Holidays Inn nearby for sgd50/night with good breakfast included top floor. Not luxurious and needs some maintenance too, but at least has a gym, a restaurant, and a sky pool. Overall disappointing experience @ this rongshangliao village.
