"Arrived odd hours at 3am and couldn't figure out how to get to the hotel. As usual the contact for shuttle is only by phone call which is inconvenient for non-China citizens. Luckily able to latch on to others who were headed the same way. The reception could be friendlier but understand it is ungodly hours. Couldn't understand how to receive the hotel voucher and wasn't helped to do so. The hotel room itself was fabulous. Clean and comfortable bed and more than enough supply of drinking water. The bath tub was a plus too! Easy check out."

"You can't really expect much for the price you paid, but definitely expect it to be a lot cleaner. The walls are stained with dust behind the beds. Many amenities are provided, considering this hotel is quite cheap, it is actually a good hotel. Nearby to the airport, but it might take some time to call a taxi if you are taking odd hours flight."

"帶孩子和長者從儋州來海口轉轉，離騎樓老街很近所以訂了這家酒店。停車場有點小，我們下午三點到了停車場已經滿了，旁邊商城的停車場也能停車。沒帶身份證可以出示身份證和麪部識別辦理入住，酒店大堂還有現磨咖啡。房間整體挺乾淨整潔，還有掛耳咖啡可以自己沖，房間裏可以看到海甸河，離騎樓老街北門步行500米，離遊船碼頭也衹有2公里，打車出行也很方便。房間燈光窗簾和空調都是智能客控，可以機器人送物到房間，但僅限於給前台打電話，小程序和智能客控好像不能實現機器人送物。早餐還是很豐富的，西餐中餐都有，還有現煮的海南粉。 唯一不足的地方就是夜裡能聽到唱卡拉OK的聲音，感覺樓裏是有ktv，後半夜才徹底清凈，怪不得房間裏準備了睡眠耳塞，睡眠輕和神經衰弱的人要謹慎選擇。"

"Nice hotel very convenient for one night and comfortable for 1 night stay. Change money before you come to the hotel as no atm nearby and visa and mastercard not accepted. If in transit you can claim 40 rmb per person back at the airport for spending on food before your flight. Come early and bring your boarding passes!"

"Service was very good. They tried to communicate with us as best as they could. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was great, the perfect way to start the day. They have a shuttle running every hour that will take you to the airport - but do book in advance to avoid not having space at the time required. We also landed pretty late and when we called the hotel, they kindly sent a car to pick us up."

"Very good stay at this hotel. Hotel is quite new. Free self service laundry service. Wide spread of breakfast. Bed is comfortable and 2 pillows provided. But downside is aircond is not cold. They checked and washed our filter but still not cooling then we asked for standing fan."

"We arrived early at around 11am and was allow early check in. The room is okay, cleanliness acceptable. But the window was left open when we arrive on day 1 and i immediately got mosquitoes bite. Toilet and water pressure is fine. However, food options around the area is limited and poor insulation, could hear car honk and shouting kids from next door. Breakfast was chaotic but the staff was responsible and refill the food fast."

"Overall a pleasant stay for us at this local hotel, which was one of the few that’s able to accommodate my wife and I plus our 3 children, in two connecting rooms. We stayed over 5 nights in this property. It served our purpose perfectly for a short stay at a convenient location served directly by a bus service with the airport. We arrived hours ahead due to changes in flight schedule, but the front desk was very generous and checked us in as soon as the rooms were ready, that's great customer service 👍 The rooms were large and well stocked with the necessary essentials including rubber slippers. There were 2 bathrooms+toilets as well as an additional standalone WC ~ more than enough for our use and made the stay even more pleasant. There was a large living room with an adjacent study area equipped with desk, chair and power outlets, that's shielded off the noise from living room - a great addition for those who needed space to get some work done. The hotel is located in a convenient location that's close to local food places and simple shopping. There's a supermarket in a building basement about two blocks away that's well stocked. You can even get a quick haircut for RMB15 in the same basement for those (guys) who don't care much about style 😂 There are LUCK IN coffee, Mixue, KFC, local eateries, street food, and restaurants all within short walk of about 200m. One thing great about this hotel is the bus transport serving Meilan airport that starts and ends at this property, costing just RMB20 per person per direction. Each hotel booking apparently entitled the guest one free ticket! We departed the hotel on this bus which took about 50 mins to reach the airport, as it made a few scheduled stops along the way and was driven at a slow steady bus speed. That perfectly solved the trouble and costs of having to book 2 taxis due to number of people and luggages, right at the hotel door step! One attraction of the hotel was the hot spring available in the bathroom via a large wooden tub, as well as one outside the hotel for guests. I saw some guests using the public pool which would involve walking out of the hotel in bathrobes and slippers onto the driveway and all. We’re not the hot spring type so no comments, but this feature may appeal to others. Some negative points that prevented the property having full 5 stars: - Erratic WiFi connection - the WiFi sometimes would have no Internet connection, randomly, it could be evening or even morning when everyone was sleeping and not many devices connected. As we had two rooms technically so there were two WiFi logins for our use. Sometimes one would work and not the other and at different times. Sometimes the connection would be lost halfway while using. It’s really irritating. We made multiple feedback but nothing had improved. - the property is really aged and a refresh is badly needed. It’s livable and generally clean for sure, but the decor, style and musky smell especially in the hallways, were unmistakable. According to the plague near the main entrance, the property was completed around the 2000s, that’s time for university graduation if this were a person😀"
