The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom had no strange smells, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and even kindly recommended some great photo spots. "I spent my 2 nights there before traveling abroad😍 The environment and place is so clean. The bed is absolutely beautiful and gorgeous and for the service it's amazing and so beautiful even though they don't speak in English but they tried their best to satisfy my needs. They also provide a free transport for pickup and drop off for the Airport. However the atmosphere is so nice and it's so cheap for a traveller. However, the food at the Chinese restaurant... it's hard to describe. And they claim it's a Michelin sister restaurant? Far from it! The taste was very ordinary, and some dishes seemed like they were pre-made. The only thing that made us feel warm was Lucy's hospitality. She even helped us with a late check-out and proactively asked about our experience. We really have to thank her; she's a wonderful young lady. These five stars are all for her."

"The service was indeed excellent, from the doorman politely greeting me and helping with luggage, to the front desk staff being warm and attentive during check-in. However, as soon as I entered the room, I was hit by a musty smell that even the humidifier, set to maximum, couldn't eliminate. The air conditioning was also weak; even at 22 degrees Celsius with maximum fan speed, I was still sweating on my forehead... For a moment, I thought I was back in a London hotel. The hairdryer provided was even worse – weak airflow and heavy; even if they're cutting costs, they could at least provide a Kangfu hairdryer like the Ritz-Carlton Sanya! Although Mission Hills New Town is nearby, it lacks vibrancy and there are no clear guides or maps, making it difficult to find restaurants. The air conditioning in the mall also seemed to be just for show, making eating out feel like an ordeal. It would have been better to order takeout. The only advantage is its proximity to the airport. One experience was more than enough."

"Good large room that is similar style to a Studio Apartment. Has a good open feel to it. Has a kitchen area however has no cooking utensils or items other then some cups and a kettle which suited my needs. There are many snack foods, restaurants and shopping places across the road at the Yuanda Shopping Center. There is a washing machine and laundry liquid is provided. Very handy indeed. And the smart toilet is an interesting experience. You will see. Access is from behind the front of the building facing main Road. Walk to the back area then enter the lobby and take lift up to the 10th Floor and find Bella smart hotel office down the corridor. The staff in that apartment made into an office, will check your booking credentials and ID and give you your room card. Easy. And the gentleman was very friendly even when we where using the translation APP as my Chinese isn't so good. NOTE: Only certain lifts go to the higher floors and sometimes may have a little wait for it to arrive. Cleaning staff are also friendly and always offered more water even if I didn't need them to clean the room. Close to convention and Exhibition Center as well. Walking distance about 15 mins away."

"This was my second stay here. Since I arrived late and my flight was delayed, I opted for the airport pickup service. Coincidentally, there were a lot of people, and the service covered two terminals, but it was still quite fast. I only waited less than 10 minutes for a car, no slower than a ride-hailing app. This time, I chose the panoramic large room. It was spacious, and I could enjoy the outdoor view right from my bed. The only downside was the long walk to the room. The greenery in the atrium has improved significantly since my last stay, but the hotel facilities still need further improvement. The surrounding area is still under development, and it will probably take a few more years to have decent amenities. It's highly recommended for transit passengers, but if you need to go out for business, you'll have to call a car every time, which isn't particularly convenient."
