Stayed for 2D1N at this hotel, and we feel lucky to have found it for our mom’s 68th birthday. The hotel’s design is a beautiful blend of modern industrial and Filipino elements—very aesthetic! We booked two superior rooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. Water is conveniently accessible in the hallway, and the Wi-Fi is fast! We also appreciated that each floor requires a keycard to access the hallways, adding a sense of security and privacy, especially since some floors are shared with function rooms. The pool was spacious and not too deep, which worked well even without a dedicated kiddie pool. We also loved the floors! From the rooms to the carpeted hallways and the outdoor areas, our one-year-old enjoyed toddling around safely since the surfaces weren’t slippery. The breakfast? Superb. Compared to other hotels we’ve tried in Quezon City, this one offered a wider variety with really flavorful options. I even got to enjoy taho for the first time at a hotel—such a nice touch! We also appreciated that they have their own coffee shop onsite. And lastly, the staff were amazing—warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Even those who seemed new were well-trained and professional. Overall, we were very satisfied. My husband and I already agreed—we’ll definitely book here again later this year! P.S. If you're planning to book, a couple of things to keep in mind: The main entrance involves a flight of stairs, so if you’re coming with someone who has mobility needs, just take note. There may be an elevator from the basement parking, but best to check ahead. Since the hotel leans toward a modern industrial style, some fixtures and furniture have sharp edges. If you’re bringing a toddler, just keep an extra eye out.

Our stay at Hop Inn North Edsa was pleasant and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were courteous and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk to SM North and Trinoma, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Overall, a great budget-friendly option for both business and leisure stays.

The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for the price. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a relaxing sleep. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle-free. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection — perfect for work and streaming. If you’re looking for an affordable yet quality stay in Quezon City, Go Hotel Timog is definitely a top choice. Will surely book again!

Cleanliness is okay although we can smell something under the bed and it’s really not okay for me as a person that has an asthma. The location is very accessible cause it’s just right beside highway, the only problem is we can hear the sound of trains. About the service, we don’t have an access to telephone since it’s not working. We still have to go back to the lobby to request something, and when we request something, they won’t be able to fulfill it. Ending, we didn’t get the utensils we asked for. Amenities are fine. We got 2 boxes of kits which includes 3 toothbrushes, shampoo, and soaps. I love the part our room got bathtub.

Ok naman ma asikaso naman sila sa guest. Ang hindi lang maganda for us ng mga kasama ko medyo mainit sa lobby. Nagwait kasi kami while nglilinis sila ng room.

Our stay was generally pleasant. The customer service was excellent from the guard to the receptionist and the staff who assisted us, everyone was courteous and accommodating. However, since the room is quite old and outdated, it would be great if they could improve some amenities. Providing complimentary bottled water and basic toiletries (such as a toothbrush) would be appreciated. Adding hand towels, updating the bed sheets to a softer texture, and replacing the old chair — which may pose some risk — would also enhance the guest experience. Additionally, upgrading the TV amenities would make the stay more enjoyable.

We booked the room last minute. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby necessities. The room was clean enough, though there’s still room for improvement in terms of maintenance and attention to detail. Customer service was acceptable but could be warmer, as the staff didn’t seem very welcoming. The room itself was decent, but the lighting was too dim, which made the space feel less cozy and inviting. Overall, an okay stay, but improvements in cleanliness, service, and ambiance would make the experience much better.

If you're looking for a room, you'll definitely get one. Very affordable to. room only with basic kits such as towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo. TV with cable box, but not a smart TV. Yung towels may konting punit. Bed sheet looks good, and clean, may stains lang talaga na hindi natatanggal which makes us think kung nalabhan ba talaga hehehe. Great city view, kaso for safety siguro, nakaclose (permanently) yung balcony and windows

The hotel does not looked into your preferences you post on the request portion when you booked. I booked for a family room because the picture featured obviously a corner room with 2 sides having windows. When i asked about if my request is catered on the corner room, they said room assignment is assigned randomly. The room i was assigned (20i) has a leaking bathroom sink and the shower heater is not functioning. I have second thoughts in coming back if random room assignment is done without considering your request. It is a miss or hit situation.
