"Location 5/5. Visibility of the hotel is terrible. Coming from the Bayi Memorial station, the hotel is not viable. The entrance is not Chongshan but a side lane. There is a small Ibis logo amongst number advertisements. The entrance is a small door to a lift. The front desk is on the 3rd floor but it's not marked on the lift. From the Bayi Metro station, pass McDonald's and it's the first lane after. If you pass the spherical bollards , you have passed it.
The room is aged.

"We chose the Radisson Hotel because it is relatively close to the airport. As we were traveling from another country, the front desk staff was very warm and thoughtful, patiently helping us with the check-in process and explaining everything clearly. There was also a free airport drop-off service when we went to the airport. We are very grateful to the hotel — it was truly excellent.

"A beautiful hotel set amidst the main tourist area, just at the edge of Wanshou Palace, and walking distance to Tengwang Pavilion, Bayi Memorial Museum, with a metro exit on Line 1. Lots of dining options just along the streets here too.
The decor gave nautical vibes especially with the lights and helm on the doors. So many OOTD spots here, from outside to inside and even within the room.
Clean and spacious room with a cosy sofa area. Love the open wardrobe, with separate shower and toilet areas. I like the tiled and parquet flooring which always feels cleaner. The shower water pressure is good though takes a while for hot water to come thru. The bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking. They provide complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar too.
The rooms facing the road, like mine is abit noisy, could hear the cars horning even when the windows are closed and curtains drawn. Not a problem for me though. There's also a self-service laundry room at the basement. The staff are also friendly, warm and full of smiles.
At check out, they gave a gift with local flavours - Nanchang noodles instant pack!
Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Nanchang as a tourist!"

"We wanted to find a cheap hotel for the night, and since there's a park right next to it where old people dance with loud music, let me warn you, it might bother a lot of people. (They do it at night and also start early morning). But the cheap price justify it, and we are two guys, so we didn't care and had a good sleep regardless. Only go for this option if you want something cheap, but don't expect too much. Be happy with the price."

"這一次自己獨自旅行到南昌，然後再trip的網站上看了很多家，但是漫心一看就覺得很想住進去的感覺，因為它評論不錯，所以試著進去這一家看看的設施也是當地的朋友介紹我，離萬象城很近，算是很新的飯店所以就它了。
前台的員工都很客氣溫柔，還幫我升級了海景雙房，房間真的好大好舒服真的太棒了🌟，這一間飯店是唯一會問我房間需要制冷還是制熱的空調，當然制冷囉。可能台灣人不太適合暖氣，之前遇到的都是暖氣而已，真的超不習慣的。寧願不開空調了～
飯店走路距離萬象城很近，前面的道路也很多便利店、小餐廳、瑞幸咖啡等。萬象城裡面有很多乾淨明朗的餐廳還有各式款式的電動車可以欣賞。如果從飯店到機場也才30分鐘左右，很剛好的距離～
也可以到南昌之星摩天輪🎡走路也很近的，
入住期間有任何問題反應，前台都會馬上處理事情很貼心～
下一次旅行，一樣會選擇漫心。

"I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Overview:
I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city.
The Good:
1. Comfortable Rooms:
The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets.
2. Facilities & Amenities:
The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay.
3. Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables.
4. Service:
The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.
5. Location:
The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city.
The Drawbacks:
1. Room Size:
While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped.
2. Limited Dining Options:
While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery.
3. Noise:
Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers.

Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). I highly recommend this hotel!

Last night and this morning colleagues helped me with getting a taxi to catch my train, making sure that all things were in place to make it easy for me. The colleague who went with me to Floor 1 assisted in making sure that the taxi was going to the correct railway station. MMisafir KullanıcıNice hotel, good location, very convenient. Excellent Restaurant with not too much choice (enjoyed buffet and breakfast), but what was there was well prepared and tasty.
Only criticism: difficult to get a non smoker room, as this hotel, like many others, do not put much effort in reinforcing their non-smoking-hotel policy. Finally though they found a room with almost no smoking smell for me, thanks to the good service staff. However it is possible to open the terrace door to let fresh air in. Until 10pm, some noise from activities of the nearby waterpark might be heard, after 10pm it is very quite.
Definitely a recommendation, I will go again.

CChinx52Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room.
This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

UUncle Junior OfficialHotel was located quite far from the downtown. There was no deposit needed after booking & prepaying online. We got two rooms & both were very neat. It’s a new hotel actually and i was informed they begun service in August 2023 so everything in the room looked clean & new.
Great service from the reception but the only downside was that they kept calling every moment to remind us to checkout before 12pm. It was very disturbing cuz i knew that information already. I spoke to the reception that I’ll be checking out at 6pm and i was given half night bill. By 5pm, they sent someone to my door to receive payment as if i was going to runaway!! This wasn’t pretty at all.
Anyway, Facilities… they had a pressing iron & an ironing board for pressing clothes. I totally loved that.
Food… i didn’t try their food so no review on that.

CChiangYeemingChoosing the Jiangjing Holiday Hotel on the west bank of Ganjiang River for our trip during the National Day holiday was definitely the right decision. We're a family of three, and the receptionist, a handsome boy, upgraded us to a river-view suite, which gave us a fantastic view of the stunning Tengwang Pavilion across the river. The hotel's parking was convenient, and it was super easy to take the metro to the attractions on the other side. Breakfast was plentiful, although the omelet made by the chef didn’t look too great. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

WWilgemThe hotel was very clean and very new. The time we visited was not very crowded, and as such, it was nice to view the modern interior facilities as well as look out towards the Gan river from their viewing platform. The breakfast had some Nanchang rice noodles which was very good.
The staff were very friendly and prompt in addressing requests.
