"Impeccable service from the front desk staff. Every time I enter the premise, they will stand up and greet. Have stayed in numerous hotels in Wuhan, from Wanda Reign to boutique hotels like that, such greeting is a rare sight from the front desk.
Decent room as me and my friend wanted to try a loft concept. Will be good if they can add more storage or tables in the living hall as it is pretty bare with a small table. It was a tad awkward with no concealed areas to change clothes after showering. I have to walk over to the dry toilet to change.
Location was a stone throw away from Yan Jiang which is good for evening walks and great view. It is away from the bustling areas of Li Huang Pi road where there are shopping stalls. But walk is about 10 mins away.
Overall it was a decent stay."

I originally booked a short stay at Gallery F in Wuhan near SKP but ended up extending for four more nights—that’s how much I loved it!
The location is unbeatable, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. Everything you need is just steps away. The customer service here is truly outstanding—every staff member is welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.
I stayed on the executive floor, which was an absolute treat. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view of the city. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The hotel also offers a well-equipped gym and a convenient laundry facility, which made my extended stay even more comfortable.
If you’re looking for a luxurious yet convenient stay in Wuhan, Gallery F is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!"

"Really nice and helpful people who did their best to look after us in the week we stayed. Accommodation was well equipped with washer/dryer to clean your clothes and kettle to make tea. Air conditioning worked fine. Only thing I can criticise was that it could have been cleaner, and that the sofas and chairs were not very comfortable. Beds were quite comfortable."

"The room looks clean and new, but my door frame was a bit broken. The soundproof is really bad. There was people shouting vulgarities at 3am... which is probably the cause of having gaming rooms together with the normal rooms. I'm a light sleeper and was woken up multiple times during my sleep even though I requested for quiet room. Otherwise, the rest is fine."

"Feels like everything’s all right, but as a returned customer, especially I made like 7 bookings within a month, allowing me for late check out could be an attractive reason for me to continue book here, however the front desk’s attitude make me feel a bit uncomfortable. I understand there’s checkout policy but I was allowed to stay by 4 before and being told not anymore is still disappointing. I might consider choose other locations next time."

"Another one of our favorite hotels we stayed at this trip. This hotel was housed in a gorgeously restored heritage building. The room was so spacious & beautifully decorated. Everything was so tastefully done. The bathtub was perfect & was perfect for 2. Wished we could access the balconies though. The hotel breakfast buffet did not had a lot of variety but the dishes were well done & tasted good. Great location within walking distance of the really charming 咸安坊 which had so many lovely cafes & shops. We also had a delicious dim sum supper near the hotel. It was also only 10min walk to the waterfront. We could also check out late at 2pm. Wished we could stay for another night."

AAlina SannAn absolutely amazing hotel. I think it’s the best one we’ve ever stayed at. Everything is clean, incredibly beautiful, and cozy. The reception staff are friendly, and the breakfasts are delicious. This place has everything you need for a great trip. My husband and I don’t speak Chinese, and the staff helped us with everything — ordering room service, showing us the way to the laundry, and they even upgraded our room for free and gave us a drink and fruit platter voucher for our anniversary. It was such a sweet gesture, and we were genuinely impressed and happy with our stay. 🫠🥰

I had arrived around 1am and the staff warmly greeted me and even passed me a pair of fluffy hotel slippers upon seeing me wearing my sandals (wasn’t prepared for the cold weather) before I did my check in. The hotel is quite new, love the design and set up of the room.
You can easily find the metro and food around the hotel. Would love to come back here again the next time I am in ***** :)

My visit coincided with the Chinese Valentine's Day, and the room was beautifully decorated to mark the occasion. The thoughtful and meticulous preparation truly exceeded my expectations.
I would like to specifically commend our butler, Rita, and the room attendant, Huang Lina. Rita's attentive and warm service made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Her professionalism and genuine care for our comfort were evident throughout our stay. Similarly, Huang Lina's dedication to maintaining our room's cleanliness and order was impeccable, and her efforts in the special decoration made our celebration even more memorable.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes.
By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.
