"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay."

"位置很好，交通方便，床墊非常舒適，前台範範服務很到位，很用心。我是早上九點多到無錫，一般酒店都是12點以後入住，想着可能要加點鐘點房的錢，但是沒有。而且我因為太累了，沒發現訂到的房間是沒有窗的，前台告知我房間是沒有窗的，我加了錢讓前台幫我改成有窗的，前台詢問我能否等待40分鐘，我答可以。前台説給我送一杯咖啡，我戴隱形牙套不想摘下清潔，拒絕了對方的好意。我去等候區坐下，一個類似大堂經理的男士走到等候區，給我拿了一瓶礦泉水，並告知我對面有靠背的椅子，還有書本可翻閲，我太累了，就沒再動。房間打掃出來後，一個短髮美女前台走到我面前，温柔地告訴我可以辦理入住了，她還幫我拿了電腦包。這次來無錫是想看看張凌赫長大生活的地方，無錫很好，讀書氛圍濃厚，書架在眾多場合都有出現，期待下次的入住"

"Very good location , 5 mins ride or 20 mins walk to amazing top attraction Hu Shan Ancient Town and 8-10 mins walk to 2 metro stations . Laundry facility is great for long stays, rooms are reasonably priced. The street is quiet, no traffic noise however the building is very poor from noise insulation perspective. Every toilette flush , every shower next door , upstairs , across is heard . If you’re lucky to have quiet neighbours left, right and above who sleep peacefully at least by midnight, you’ll be fine"

來這邊出差，看到這邊有一家新開的華住旗下的水晶酒店。這試一試的態度，入住之後發現很驚艷，前台小姐姐長得都很漂亮，服務也很好。房間空間也很大，房間都是有落地窗的。入住感覺很舒服。早餐也特別好吃。

春暖花開時又來到了美麗的宜興，清新的空氣、美麗的風景、休閑的時光，一切都是那麼的美好和愜意。三品雲來客棧坐落在玉龍潭明清古鎮上，這是一個有點荒廢的景區，沒有什麼商業味，以經營民宿為主。據説這裏的建築都是從江浙皖民間收過來重新建造的，仔細看看還是很有歷史的。我們入住的三品雲來客棧的客廳是清朝三品官員的一進建築，雕樑畫棟，加上主人的藝術愛好，古今融合得很是自然。民宿就像家一樣很是隨意，喝茶、聊天、追劇、K歌、遊戲、打牌，樣樣俱全，我們還跟着老闆嘗試了一下釣魚的樂趣，而且居然釣到了，很有成就感。周邊吃飯的地方很多，可以一家一家挨着吃，味道都不錯。

A wonderful hotel in such a location! It was my first visit to Huashan, and this hotel made my stay very comfortable. I arrived at night, and the hotel owner came to pick us up and even dropped us off back to the train station. The hotel is situated on an ancient street, surrounded by several barbershops and a few restaurants. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Flew an overnight flight from Singapore to Wuxi, reached Wuxi at 9am exhausted and the hotel staff allowed me to check in earlier and check out late as my outbound flight is late at night. Fantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable. The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home. The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property. The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard. What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort.

I had a really good stay at Yaochang Hotel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the overall environment is comfortable. What stood out the most was the service — the staff were very friendly and attentive. They even personally brought me to the lift and took the time to explain everything about the stay, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is convenient, and there is also a shuttle service (接驳车) that brings guests to the tourist centre (游客中心), which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. The price is slightly on the higher side, but it is reasonable as it includes the entrance tickets, which adds value to the overall experience. Facilities are simple but everything works well and is sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s conveniently located near Nanchang’s shopping and food street. The housekeeping team did an excellent job. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to visit Wuxi in the future.

A most pleasant stay in a culturally reatored inn with inn-keepers to help me around. Most patient and daintily clad staff to explain and help plan my iti in the bay area. A most surprising experience into the Chinese culture, food, sights and sounds. The evening performances were very entertaining - make sure you are early to secure a good spot before the throngs of tourists arrive just for the shows.

Staff were nice and willing to help with questions. The place itself was a little difficult to find in the dark and not well signposted etc. the escalator up to 3rd floor is not working but there is a lift around the back of the building. The room was clean, with good air con and heating and the bed comfortable. The room was a reasonable size - good amount of storage and a good shower - no real seating area. All in all a positive experience - it is what it describes itself to be - an aparthotel room at a good price - the Ritz it is not and the development is still not completely finished and fitted (like much of this part of Wuxi) I would say but the parts you use (apart from the escalator) are good. There is a big modern shopping mall about 20-25 mins walk with food court and restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc.
