We're a family of 4 with 2 young children and booked the studio. But when we arrived, we were told that the room had no electricity and so split us into 2 rooms instead. While the rooms were generally clean, most of the bath towels had brown patches or old blood stains on them which was quite gross. 1 room that we were assigned to also had a weird fishy smell at the stove area. The hotel is about 7 min walk from Aldgate East tube station and is located on quiet street. This is not a very pleasant area, and there were always shady characters around the tube station, which made us feel uncomfortable, so we tried not to stay out too late. Staff were friendly and accommodating but they appeared short staffed during check in / check out timings. Only 2 staff on duty, so there is a bit of a wait if you need their help at these times.

My main complaint was only booking for one night. A hotel with stunning views, 1000 amenities and amazing service. Upon arrival I was greeted with great service provided by the staff, who were all very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. On the ground floor you are greeted with amazing art work leading up to the escalators to reception, as well as a modernly designed lobby with plenty of seating and charging ports, and the restaurant/bar just on the left. The hotel was easy to navigate and had around 6 lifts which came very quickly and dropped us off to our 9th floor stop in around 30 seconds. Wow! We had booked the King’s Suite for our stay which ended up exceeding our expectations - Stunning views from the window which stretches all across the living room, a record player with records provided - perfect for music lovers such as ourselves. Ironing board, A Dyson air-wrap & hair dryer (for the girls) and very artsy decorations overall which match the atmosphere of Shoreditch/Hoxton area. A cocktail making station & coffee machine with coffee pods as-well. We had also received a “milk delivery” at our door with fresh milk which was so lovely. Spa access is included in the stay, a lovely heated pool which has stunning led lighted walls and calming frequency noises playing - to further play in to the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. Steam room and Sauna were also placed by the end of the spa which was nice. I loved it so much I woke up extra early the morning of check-out just to enjoy it one last time! And started my morning with a peaceful swim. However some people slowly started gathering around to do the same thing as well from around 9am, So I’d recommend the best time to be right after check-in (3-5pm) as it was completely empty and just refreshed. With all the pool towels reset and floor mopped clean. And a 24-hour gym which I would definitely recommend to go to at night for a late night session, as it was empty and had stunning views of the city. There was a good amount of equipment - at least one or two of each machine & it was quite spacious too so didn’t feel crowded at all. With gym towels & Water cups provided as-well. I do have a few very minor, nit-picky complaints, to mention. However I would like to say would not at all regard my overall positive experience of my stay and will to return : From the Cocktail making station - the shaker was completely sealed shut - although it’s an item that’s airtight sealed and needed pressure to open we had tried EVERYTHING - and with so much effort my partner had cut himself trying to open it , also no strainer was provided so we had quite seedy cocktails. Another minor issue was our milk frother machine was not cleaned and was still dirty from the previous user, a small and fixable issue but should be pointed out in case someone’s craving a nice cup of coffee and pours milk into a dirty frothier without their knowledge. And from the spa - the Sauna inhumanely hot - to a level that the stone floor was unable to step onto without slippers and wood seats unable to be sat on for longer than a second, whilst of course it’s a Sauna - the temperature was unbelievably high, at the max of the thermometer the wall. So was unusable for us. Overall, The hotel was the best place we could’ve chosen for our couples get away staycation. We had enjoyed ourselves too much we ran out of time to visit the art gallery & bar. Guess we just have to rebook again, with a longer stay of course.

Kesinlikle FENOMENAL!!!! Konukseverlik, atmosfer, otelin kendisi. Otel genelindeki çok zevkli dekordan, orada çalışan muhteşem personele, özellikle de mutfakta gerçekten yardımcı olan personele bir yükseltme teklif edecek kadar nazik olan Rachel'a (ODA, uğrunda ölmeye değerdi) Uyandığımda neredeyse kahvaltı bitmek üzereydi ama yine de kahvaltımı almama izin verecek kadar naziktiler. Antonella ve Rafael'e büyük bir not. Dürüst olmak gerekirse söyleyecek kötü bir sözüm yok, tüm deneyim muhteşemdi. Çatı katındaki bar şehrin olağanüstü manzaralarına sahiptir ve Spa alanı muhteşemdi.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and will stay here again. The rooms are compact, but well laid out and the beds are really comfy. I did not try the breakfast. The location is great, close to the tube and lots of good restaurants and pubs.

We had an amazing experience with our first stay at The Dilly. Perfect central location, gorgeous 5*hotel, the staff were wonderful. Don on reception in particular made our stay for my best friends 40th birthday, extra special with complimentary breakfast and an upgrade to the VIP lounge. We felt truly spoilt! He couldn’t do enough for us. Comfortable and spacious room, lovely and quiet with no noise disturbance. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again!

Tazminat olarak ücretsiz bir taksi yolculuğu aldık, ancak şoför otelin adresini pek bilmediğinden ve daha fazla zaman kaybettiğimizden bu bile sorunluydu. Ertesi sabah, kendimizi haksızlığa uğramış hissederek erken ayrılmak zorunda kaldık, ancak daha fazla şikayet edemeyecek kadar yorgundum. Özet: Londra'da sezon dışı dönemde maliyet performansı çok yüksek olan büyük markalı bir otel. Tesisler: Bu konaklamanın tek kusuru budur. Ayarlar gerçekten eski, ancak her şey iyi çalışıyor. Klimanın ısıtıcısı biraz gürültülüydü bu yüzden ikinci gece yatarken klimayı kapattım. Ancak dışarıdaki -6 derecelik daha soğuk havalarda bile ısıtıcı açılmadan hiç soğuk olmuyor. West End ve bölgedeki çeşitli hareketli bölgelere gitmek 20 ila 30 dakika sürer. Ana tren istasyonu. Hizmet: Bu konaklamam sırasında hizmetten çok memnun kaldım ve tüm süreçte herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşanmadı. Check-in yaptığımda resepsiyondaki erkek garson çok etkileyiciydi. Daha sonra resepsiyona gidip yara bandı olup olmadığını sordum. Görevli diğer erkek garson da çok düşünceli davrandı. Ayrıca check-in yaptığımızda otel barında kişi başı gecelik iki ücretsiz içecek bulunmaktadır. Bardaki adam da heyecanla bizim zevkimize uygun şarap önerdi.

Konumu harikaydı, metro istasyonuna çok yakındı. Ancak istasyon engelli dostu değil. Şans eseri adımların uçuşu kabul edilebilir. Otel biraz eski. Kahvaltı öyle, satın almaya değmez. Çok fazla çeşit yok ve günden güne değişmeden kalıyor. Kalmaya değer, fiyatlar ucuz.

Hyde Park'a, Paddington İstasyonu'na 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve Oxford Caddesi'ne sadece 2 metro istasyonu uzaklıkta bulunan London Central Hotel, klasik bir Viktorya dönemi binasında yer almaktadır. Çok dar koridorlara sahip olan bu otel, alan kullanımını çok zor ve aşırı verimli hale getirmiştir. Ancak genel olarak oldukça konforludur ve nem veya koku yoktur.
