"My partner and I had a lovely stay at The George. Lovely dinner - good range on the menu including lots of alcohol free drink options. The bed was really comfortable and it was a lovely cozy room with great amenities. Lovely location - Dorchester is beautiful! We loved the community farm just up the road with a lovely cafe and alpacas among others. Lovely countryside surrounding Dorchester and lovely cycle route to Oxford on the NCR5. Thanks George Hotel for a lovely stay!"

"This hotel is just next to the Queen's Lane bus stop. Oxford Tube, and the mega bus stop there. Therefore it is very convenient to go out and into Oxford. It is close to the University as well. The only inconvenience is that there are steps everywhere, from the entrance to the reception, and to my room. This probably a general problem with old buildings in UK. Otherwise no other complains about the service. The bedding are very conformable - this is definitely a highlight."

"It was nice stay. The location was not that great. Breakfast was not buffet but with nice view though the weather was bad that time. The kettle has leftover water and has a lot of scales. The changing room and the showers in the pool was freezing."

"Otelin konumu hiç beklenmedikti. Başlangıçta banliyöde bir otel aradığımı ve çevrenin çok boş ve ıssız olduğunu düşünmüştüm. Rezervasyon yaptırmadan önce, otelin otoparkının büyük ve park yerinin çok rahat olduğunu söyleyen birçok yorum görmüştüm. Bu yüzden otele vardığımda, navigasyonun yanlış olduğunu düşündüm ve bu otel olup olmadığını tekrar tekrar teyit ettim. Otel aslında çok yoğun konut binalarıyla çevrili bir yerleşim bölgesinde yer alıyor. Yol çok küçük, her yönde bir şerit var. Akşam saatlerinde vardık ve yolun her iki tarafına park edilmiş arabalar vardı, her biri şeridin yarısını kaplıyordu, yolun ortasında her iki yöndeki trafik için sadece bir araba genişliğinde bir alan bırakıyordu. Otel alanında kapı yok ve otopark ile yol kenarı park yerleri entegre. O gün otelde bir Hint düğünü vardı ve otelin önündeki hem işaretli hem de işaretsiz park yerleri arabalarla doluydu. En iç kısma kadar gittiğimizde bile park edecek yer bulamadık. Otelin resepsiyonu bize kendimiz için yol üzerinde bir park yeri bulmamızı söyledi ve oldukça uzakta bir yere park ettik. Otelin çevresinde herhangi bir işletme veya restoran bulunmamaktadır. Otobüs durağı 6 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. 3, 3A ve X40 numaralı otobüsler Oxford şehir merkezine (Hight Street) gidebilir ve bu oldukça uygundur."
