公共區域寬敞明亮，讓人瞬間心情愉悦。 我住的房間更是沒得説。空間十分寬敞，佈置得温馨又舒適。床品軟乎乎的，就像陷進了雲朵裏，一夜酣眠。房間的採光和通風都很棒，陽光透過窗户灑在地上，別提多愜意了。衞生間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品質量上乘，用起來超安心。 酒店的服務堪稱一絕。工作人員各個熱情周到，從辦理入住時的微笑相迎，到入住期間的貼心關懷，每一個環節都無可挑剔。有次我不小心把物品落在了房間，前台工作人員發現後第一時間聯繫我，還幫忙妥善保管，這責任心真的太讓人感動了。 位置也相當優越，周邊美食雲集，出行交通也十分便利。不管是想去逛街還是去景點打卡，都非常方便。這次的酒店居住體驗簡直完美！下次來這個城市，我一定還選這家！強烈推薦給大家！

We stay here every time we cross into Vietnam. It’s reasonably priced, the staff is nice, and the breakfast is decent. It was much better in previous years but that’s to be expected. Less tourists go there these days post Covid.

Hotel was located about 15-20 mins walk away from Hekou/Lao Cai border. General cleanliness was there however, the room and lift reeks of cigarettes as the hotel allowed smoking in the rooms and although I requested for a non-smoking room, there were still cigarette scents everywhere in the room. Aside from that, basic amenities were provided and check in process was very quick.

熱帶觀景酒店超讚體驗，治癒感拉滿！ 這次在熱帶地區入住的這家觀景酒店，完全超出預期，絕對是寶藏級住宿選擇！ 酒店的環境真的無可挑剔，被茂密的熱帶植被環繞，隨處可見盛放的樹 微風拂過還能聞到淡淡的花香，搭配清脆的鳥鳴，彷彿住進了天然氧吧，遠離了城市的喧囂，身心瞬間放鬆下來。衞生方面更是讓人安心，房間裏一塵不染，床品潔白柔軟沒有異味，衞生間、桌面、角落等細節處都打掃得乾乾淨淨，連露台的桌椅都沒有一絲灰塵，能感受到工作人員的用心。 最絕的還是景色！推開陽台門，映入眼簾的是成片的熱帶椰林，遠處還能望見碧藍的海岸線，清晨伴着日出醒來，傍晚看着夕陽把天空染成橘粉色，隨手一拍都是不用濾鏡的大片。不管是在房間露台喝茶，還是在酒店的觀景泳池休憩，滿眼都是治癒的熱帶風光，真的太愜意了！ 地理位置也很加分，在窗外就能看見紅河，對面就能看見越南，周邊交通便利，出門就能感受熱帶風情的街道，吃遍當地特色美食。總之，無論是環境、衞生還是景色都無可挑剔，下次來熱帶旅行一定還會再住這裏！

The location was perfect: a few minutes walking from the border, good cheap food and a night market around the corner and a China Unicom shop to get a sim card is next door. The staff is great too. They helped me set up and verify my WeChat account and hailed down a metered taxi to the train station (13 yuan) when I didn't find a ride on Didi. A con of this place was the smell of smoke in the room (as long as the window was open it was fine) and the mold in the bathroom. But nothing too bad and a good place to stay for a night.

The owner is super friendly even though she cannot speak English and I cannot speak Chinese. Once she understands what we want, she will try her best to serve. One member in our group was sick and the owner is very kind to give us ginger and honey when we ask. The room is clean and quite large for two people. It's totally enough for our group's simple style. The only disadvantage is it's not near the downtown and may take your time to find out if you do not speak Chinese. But overall for us the experience was still great because we enjoy riding electric bicycle around.

很普通，適合特種兵大學生，地理位置很好，特種兵大學生可以來！！一出去就是對面就能看到越南，吃飯很方便！

La chambre et la salle de bain sont assez grandes. Le WiFi fonctionne bien. La télécommande ne semble pas être celle prévue pour la télévision. Il y a une bouilloire et on nous fournit des bouteilles d'eau. Il y a de plus dans le couloir une bonbonne d'eau. Ma chambre a été nettoyée rapidement car il restait des traces à la sortie de la salle de bain. Il faut être sportif car ma chambre est au 6ème étage sans ascenseur. Des difficultés à discuter avec le personnel qui ne parle que chinois même avec les outils de traduction. Mais pour le prix c'est vraiment très correct.

Good location of Hekou town area where platform’s hostels are mostly located here. Restaurants, cafe, eateries, mini markets, all least 20+outlets are within 1-5mins walk. Hotel unit is of good wifi signal, hot water shower, clean sheets, water boiler for coffee, drinking water dispenser and cable tv for movie choices, perfect for good rest in this Hekou Boarder Town. Safe choice for Solo female backpacker. Highly recommend! P/s: this hotel is the 3rd move in for me within 18 hours with help from trip.com, personally thinks this hotel is great for global backpackers and totally value for money and I’ve extended a night stay to 3 nights to recuperate from traumatised experience of previous lodgings.

Small, not clean but people are nice
